10 min Mandingo stretches (Really like this stretch, I can really feel it on the side)
10 min expressive stretches (I don't really know exactly how to do it, it's inspired by DLD I just grab my penis with my whole hand by the base and pull it down for long as I can and then up repeat till 10 mins are over)
Last measurements was I believe like 10 days ago I don't believe much has changed since then
