How big is a Magnum condom?

Of course this is true. Imagine going into a drug store and a pretty girl is working...are you gonna ask for the big or small? :)

I posted a video a while back that showed a standard condom being stretched over a dudes head..it fit without ripping. At this point I realized that bigger condoms are mostly to fill bigger egos.

That is the best method of action. My advice is to grab a few different sizes and see how they fit, condoms are like suits, they fit everyone differently.
 
hi im 8 x 6,, the mag xl is too dam tight,, no prob with length,, and for the uninformed,,

mid shaft girth is the way to measure girth ,, not across it,, a plain magnum is very uncomfortable,,

Do you think I can wear an XL yet? My penis has gotten a lot thicker now and is around 0.5 inches bigger than it was before...it's almost 8 now...and it is around 6 inches in circumference.

At 6" of girth it will fit just fine.

Not sure if anybody ever replied to that question, but personally, when I was trying to find some large condoms (girthwise), I ended up buying the ones made by a company named : "my size" condoms (not sure if I can link directly to their site without being considered as spam, but you should find it easily in google if you look for it). It seems it's from Germany or Swiss, but they deliver in europe and worldwide I think. I used the 69 model, which was for 14-15 cm of circumference (5,5"-6"). Being 6" midshaft, they were comfortable for me. Fortunately, I don't need these anymore with my wife now :)

Personally I've had some RFSU condoms, such as Grande that fits well. Like about the same as Magnum.

I think what one would want to look for a more spacious condom is the nominal width.
A good idea is to buy a sampler pack of bigger sized condoms and find a suitable one from those.
I can believe @Big Schwanz Acht with his comment about the Trojans.

I know there might be people saying "but condoms stretch so much" and while they do, they might not be comfortable around your penis! Some have a tight ring even though marketed towards bigger guys and so on.

TheyFit and MySize are probably the ones to go for, they're being mentioned anyhow. :)
Maybe something from Protex or Skyn. Sometimes it's tough to make recommendations related to condoms, as some brands are international and certain brands might be more at certain market place. (I remember the condom shelfs in Japan, so much to choose from. :D )

This means, it is going to be difficult for people with a 7 inches girth to get a condom of their size. But I've seen shane diesel and shorty mac using a condom for sex in adult entertainment videos.

If you're a bigger guy I would opt for something other than skyn. That used to be my condom of choice but now my length and girth are too big for them.
