Well here goes my first log post. First of all I want to thank everyone here for creating such a fine community. This forum has made me a believer.

I began Penis Enlargement on June 9, 2005, joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] a few days later and ordered my Bib a few days ago. Then I developed a t-vein and just did the streching the 28th,29th and 30th.

Then I read what Bib and others said about concentrating on length first. It makes sense to me that it would be easier to stretch a thinner dick. So I've decided to concentrate on length to start.

I began hanging on July 1st ( with a Capt's wench until I get my Bib starter ).

I started with 5 #s.

July 1st -- 1 - 15 min set and 1 - 5 min set
July 2nd -- 1 - 20 min set and 1 - 10 min set

I will keep this updated - can't wait until my next measure on July 9th. ( I did measure 6.5 about a week ago - I'm ecstatic ) My starting stats were 6 1/8 x 5.

By the way I'm 44 years old and have been married to the love of my life for 18 years, we have 2 great kids 10 & 11 years old.

I'm concentrating on length to start and we share the same gains. Strangely enough concentrating on length gave me huge girth gains. Ah well, good luck to both of us.
 
That's good to hear about the girth. Whenever I take off the wrap after I hang my dick puffs out like a balloon. It goes away quick - I hope that's a good sign - or at least not a bad sign :) .

Today I got in 3 5# sets

Don't really know if I feel any lig stretch I SURE FEEL the skin stretch!!

I want to work up to 5 20 min sets a day - that will get me over ten hours a week. Then I will start to up the weight a little at a time. Still learning. I'm having trouble wrapping.

Today I was sore, mostly skin stretching soreness. I guess getting that skin stretched is the first step. I only got in two sets today. I'm really busy at work this time of year. I am going to try to get in at least two sets a day until Sept when the kids are back in school and work slows... then I can work pe harder for the fall and winter. It should work out well with me being a newbie I can get my dick conditioned for the hard work to come.

Great gains already! Are you keeping this from your wife? Trust me she'll catch on sooner or later, haha.

I can't wait until I get my Bib hanger. I think it might make things more comfortable(theraband?). I am getting a little better at wrapping, but still have a way to go.

I have been trying to stretch my balls. For about the last ten days - I've made some progress. I have one ball that is much higher than the other, it started higher. They have both come down, but I'd like to get them even. When I hot wrap before I hang I do five or six 30 sec sets of manually pulling my balls down.

I measure the day after tomorrow. Yikes! Hope I can still get 6.5 - or more :) .

Three sets @ 5 lbs today. I've been hanging standing up and hanging straight down. Today I was trying to sit with the weight straight down - much harder. I could only do a few minutes sitting down per set.

My first month is over. I gained 3/8ths of an inch in bpel. I notice a great difference in the way it hangs! I also notice that the captains wench is fitting better after only 9 days of hanging.

If there is anyone who has any advice or comments I would love to hear anything good or bad. I'm trying to learn all I can - thanks.

Nice job dude! Welcome to the art of hanging. It reminds me of that god awful "sport" of golf. Frustration at first but nice rewards if you stick with it. I'm doing nothing but hanging as much as possible and manual stretches when I'm not hanging to break up the healing process. So, here we go, by the numbers...

1. what are you using for wrap and how many layers are you using?

2. after you have wrapped are you gently pulling your skin (that has bunched up near the head) back towards your pubic/base of cock area? This will help w/the skin pain somewhat.

3. which Bib hanger did you order, the starter or the regular model?

4. are you using the hot wrap during, not just before, the hang session? It makes a difference.

5. after you've taken off the wrappings, are you using the hot wrap after you're all done? Just try it once and get back w/me on how cool your cock looked...make sure the wrap is plenty warm.

6. you know your wife is gonna find out because you're gonna hang better when you're soft. You're gonna have way more veins. You're gonna occassionally get little bruises. And your cock is gonna grow. So I advise a couple of things depending on the type of female she is. I use one two inch strip of t shirt that wraps around three times. Then I wrap with a strip of self stick [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] that goes around about the same. I ordered three therabrands(sp) from Bib.

Once I get it wrapped, which is never easy, I grab the head and stretch then try to pull the wrap back toward the base and then I put two fingers on either side of the base and press toward my body to try to get as much skin on the body side of the wrap as I can.

I kind of can't wait for her to notice and at the same time I kind of dread it. I hope she'll understand and not think I'm too crazy or some kind of a perv. Here we go. I'm tired so I'll try to make complete sentences.

Me and my wife are both 42 and I told her about Penis Enlargement a month into when I started in 2000. (I got no results from improper technique using the Bib hanger so I quit fro about 3 years) I figured it was best to get it out of the way because if I hide something from her she thinks there's many more things being hidden and it just gets bad from there. Women lie about so many things yet they don't trust us? Go figure.

I got my Bib hanger in less than 2 weeks and it kicks ass. You're gonna like the starter alot just remember that comfort comes by opening the bottom bolts. Too wide and it feels like you're trying to pull your bottom lip over your head...well, not that bad.

About the wrap. It's not you. The wrap gives me problems too. If I only had a third hand to pull my cock out further. The t shirt material I use rolls up on the sides and then is hard to wrap with which causes discomfort when I hang. I'm switching in the morning to a light sweat shirt material.

Lastly, the hot wash rag cools off too fast. Once you get over 12 lbs hanging you will want constant heat on the ligs. I use the hot water bottle and it stays warm for 3 good sets and then I refill it. Cost about $4 at Walmart.

Not progressing as much as I'd like. I seem to get a little fatigue while hanging. It goes away very quickly. I get more fatigue in my back than my dick :s .

I upped the weights a pound today. Still not too much fatigue. Will go up again in a day or so. I'm also going to try to get in more hours a week. It's hard this time of year with the kids out of school.
