Have I been doing stretches wrong the whole time?

I stretch until it cries out for help, or until I pass out from exhaustion.

Then I have probably done it wrong. I thought I pulled with high pulling force, but now I starting to think I haven't pulled hard enough? This thread was really insightful.

Yeah! Thanks. I'm somewhat scared, I thought I pulled hard before. It feels like it's going to snap "clean off" if I pull any harder. Maybe it's easier to control an even force, with the length master. It can be that I pull hard enough, how do I know? Should I feel it lengthening, when pulling?

When you pull on any part of your body, you will feel the pull and see that that part of your body is being stretched. You already know these things from stretching manually.
