looking at this site for how much/how long to do it, I've managed to cobble together a [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] hanger very much like the hardware used on the belt expander; I made it out of a coat hanger and heat shrink tubing. It's not pretty, but rather durable and I have a 3 lb hand weight, which I can clamp to my hanger with a
wood working spring clamp. This, I hook onto the glans chamber of the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] and I sit down on my chair with my butt on the edge.
I've been playing a video game for about 30 minutes now; and I've not experienced any discomfort, except for the the gentle tension I feel. I have read that the tunica is the most resistant to deformation and I can feel my ligaments (and I guess the tunica) being tugged...
The other website said not to exceed 20 minutes. I might stop after 40 minutes, allow myself to recover for a few minutes and embark on another 20 minute set. It really is a weird sensation, having my weener hang straight down and forming a slight dimple right at the base of the pubic bone (I guess that's the ligament).
