Where else can we get sheathes? I ordered some about 3 months ago and am still waiting.
What are these damn things made out of anyway? I was told silicone but the person didn't offer any specifics. Is it the heat shrink tubing like this?

The sheaths are roughly 3" long and he sells them in packages of 7 for $27.90 including shipping. IOW, 21". If the material I bought is correct, I got 5 feet, or 60", of it for $14.11 shipped to my door. I thought I had purchased 4 feet earlier but it was 5. My mistake. Anyway, that would be 20 sheaths for less than what BTC would sell 7 for.

the problem with sheaths , is they lose there stickyness after a while , and then the hanger just keeps losing pressure!! ive been using elastic bands and it helps, but im a compulsive person AND want to change sheaths at least once a month
but money is not even an issue , its getting them, i cant even buy them no one is selling them?

Why don't you dudes try some one elses sheets ? I mean, there are other vacuum hangers out there which use sheets right? Buy those and try them out.
Who knows maybe they will work like a charme and then your problems are gone.

The heat shrink tubing is not the same thing, not even close. The material we need is silicone and it is probably custom made. I bet we can contact some silicone tubing manufacturers and they can custom make some tubing for us. If you have heard of the Vacu-hanger from www.autoextender.com, they have the same sheaths as the max vac only they are longer and they have a 1/8" thick wall on them instead of 1/16" like the max vac sheaths. I contacted them and they said they could custom make some tubing for me but I haven't received a price quote yet.
I did some more searching and I found some other companies that sell this type of tubing as well.

Part #APST-1000-1125 is the tubing with a 1" diameter and a 1/16" (0.63) wall thickness like our sheaths.
http://www.newageindustries.com also sells it and they quoted me $4.34 per foot and the smallest roll they sell is 25 feet. So $108.50 + shipping for 100 3" sheaths isn't bad at all. To get 100 sheaths from BTC, it would cost you roughly $250 + shipping IF he even had that many.

The problem I've had is that the sheaths stretch out too much and that is what causes the loss of pressure for me. Holding a lighter or other high heat source near the sheaths will cause them to shrink back down some but I'm not sure how effective that would be. Hopefully I'll get some price quotes back early next week and I'll let you guys know how expensive it will be for the tubing.
I wouldn't feel like I was doing the right thing now that I know where to get the material. Contact any of the sites I listed above and I bet they can work something out with you. The only downside is that you have to buy at least 25 feet at a time but you will save around $150 that way. IOW, 25 feet (100 3" sheaths) from them is around $100-$110 and IF BTC even had 25 feet of the tubing, it would cost you around $250-$260 through him.
Honestly, knowing how fast we will go through sheaths, it makes sense to buy them in bulk. I believe they offer 25, 50, and 100 foot rolls which would be 100, 200, and 400 sheaths, respectively.

Also, I have been able to confirm that this is the right stuff. I placed an order for a 25' roll of it through http://www.newageindustries.com and the sales person told me that it is extremely flexible and that it will easily fold over itself like our sheaths do. I'll post pics once I get it to show you guys a comparison between it and the sheaths. The only difference should be the color.

Thanks! Since I was in need of the sheaths and got tired of waiting for my order to come in, I ordered through advantapure, 25 foot roll, ground shipment (7 days). Will post if this is the real stuff and how effective it is to the maxvac sheaths. They are 1/8" in dickness (My Cousin Vinny). rofl

If they are 1/8", I will be able to see if they work any better or worse than the 1/16". Who knows? I'll find out in about a week and post what I received and how it works.

No problem. I hope they work out for you if they are the 1/8" thickness. I've got some 1/8" thick tubing at home (from autoextender.com) so I'll probably try it out today. If it seals just as well it might last longer because it is tougher.
My tubing is scheduled to get to me on Tuesday so I'll keep you guys informed.

Yup, sorry guys. I too have 25' of cock rings. The guy told me it was extremely flexible but it just isn't stretchy enough. I emailed autoextender.com again to try and get the exact specs on their sheaths so that I will know what to look for. Again, I apologize if you wasted your money like I did.
EDIT: I'm going to try suBathmateerging some of the tubing in boiling water tonight to see if it will stretch out or not but I won't get my hopes up. It amazes me how hard it is to find this fuckin' tubing. FUCK!!!

When you find the right tubing, let us know. I am out of the sheathes. It's a bummer that these sites that offer the sheathes are quite expensive for what you get, IMO.
I took some pics of the sheaths we have and I emailed them to Advanta Pure or whatever. They said that they do not carry that type or size of tubing and the guy thought it was latex because it stretches so much. I still think it is silicone though because the guy at autoextender.com says that their sleeves are made of silicone. It must be a very, very soft silicone though because the stuff I ordered from advanta pure is like lead pipe compared to our sheaths.
Try emailing autoextender.com to see if you can get some of their stuff because their tubing has a 1/8" thick wwall and it works just as well as the sheaths we have. Sorry if you guys wasted money.
