routine:
300 wet jelqs in the morning (shower)
hour long stretch session at night
i used to do a more lazy routine that seemed to work diddnt even stretch and only did about 200 jelqs in the shower in the morning didnt really gain to fast though. will be using this post to track gains and report anything that happens along the way.
