Okay, I'm somewhat of a newbie, I have tried Penis Enlargementing for say only 2 to 3 weeks at a time about 4 times in the past 6 months. No gains. My question is am I still a newbie? And do you think I've been sabotaging myself with not sticking with it? Since I've been on and off again have I ruined my newbie status? It seems like newbies are supposed to gain faster and I just want clear evidence that I can gain as I am still skeptical............but then I read it takes a solid 12 weeks to see a real gain? It all eats away at me!! I want this so bad and I'm so determined but always have doubt of doing it wrong (too little, too much).

I have been hammering away for the last 6 days and held off of masturbating to ejaculation until today which always seems to get me discouraged once I do. I am really sore and have a good gripper head to assist in my stretches. I also made a super tough and hard pulling stretcher/ADS which leads to my main question: IS IT BETTER TO GO AS HARD AS YOU CAN AT FIRST, OR EASE INTO IT? I am inclined to wanna stretch all the time but I hear of overtraining? These last 6 days have gotten me real sore, like a good sore I think and since I bodybuild I know about muscle soreness and can tolerate it no problem but I know this is a somewhat diff ball game than normal muscles...I am wondering what is best as I keep reading either go as hard as you can, or sum say too hard puts your body into emergency mode hence making the ligs tighter/more resistant to stretch for no gains. I am concentrating on length gains only at the moment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
First off, right mental attitude, if you gonna do this for a year and gain some and leave this, better dont start. This is maraton not a quick race, and you can assume what happens to those who rush in maraton....that answers you question 'go hard or easy'.
I think you didn't loose your 'newbie status', because ligs aren't properly stretch, hence no gains. You don't need to start right way, just start anyway and in time add some stuff, improve some and so on.. and please do read here things that interests you first, then post

Thanks Tmember... I asked this question cuz I plan on sticking with it for at least 3 months without measuring (I tend to measure too much) and get discouraged. I want the best routine I can do in that time to prove that gains can be made for me, and have a thought of going harder will give me the best chance, and can do so......but in the back of my mind I think if I go too hard (stretching a few hours a day) I will be that much more disappointed if it doesn't work, and could be going down the wrong path as a newbie so to speak. But I can't but think I could always be doing more and I'm wondering if this is a good or bad thing, as it may make me eventually realize my potential or as stated limit any/if any gains. I really wanna give myself the best shot at seeing the light and once that happens I know I'll be hooked for ever.

So how long did it take for people to see a real 1/3 or 1/2 an inch? Again cuz I measure so much and an 1/8" here and there, up and down is prob attributed to erection quality and not gains if you know what I mean, and consider myself to not have ever gained in my short stints, so I'm wondering if it has really taken people 4 months notice the slightest proof of length gains?

Then as months go on you want to reach complete and utter fatigue.

I can only speak for my own experience. I eased into it. I didn't want to injure myself and after three and a half years, I have only injured myself mildly once. I slowly--over a three month period--built up to a strenuous routine.

I agree. but it aint the most consistent for gains. Hats off to DLD for it, but sooner or later your dick get conditioned to it. Soon for some, longer for others. That why we rob it for gains while we can. Good stretch nonetheless.
 
I've heard DLD say go hard, I made a great gripper we'll say and have the ability to rip my dang thing off and have been getting good soreness....just want to make sure this is a good thing? DLD, did u hammer away at first, cuz I can't help but to do what I can ASAP since I am so eager to gain. Thoughts on intensity level for length, for a relative newbie? 9 or 10, or like a 5 or 6? Desperate for a gain
 
As Pandora said in an above-post, do whatever is necessary to induce fatigue. If this means violently (a little hyperbolic) and frantically pulling at your cock with all of the frenzied strength that you can muster, then do so. Thanks again for the reply, and this article is *EXACTLY* what I needed to let myself know I'm doing good....sorry to be so questionable *BUT* I am getting to the point where I am happy to pull the shit outta of my wang as I think I can feel my wang shredding, albeit no gains yet (only on day 8 so)....and lets not even get into how I through all of my rulers away cuz in the past I'd hammer say a few days like hell and measure for no gains and would get totally discouraged (even though I know it's not enough time for some reason I'd let it get to me). Heck I'd measure so much that an 1/8th inch fluctuation up or down would be because of measuring technique or erection quality, as sometimes I'd shrink cuz I'd measure so much one reading would be the absolute high and then I wouldn't be there say a day later and I'd think I'm shrinkin which would really get me derailed. From now on I'm only measuring every two months to give myself a true verdict. I'm thinkin good things are to come, wish me luck, as I do all to all of you trying to grow. It's exciting cuz like I said I'm starting to like the feeling (comparable to lifting weights when you feel your muscles jumpin then getting sore the next day), now to keep at it like gangbusters!!
