Okay, I'm somewhat of a newbie, I have tried Penis Enlargementing for say only 2 to 3 weeks at a time about 4 times in the past 6 months. No gains. My question is am I still a newbie? And do you think I've been sabotaging myself with not sticking with it? Since I've been on and off again have I ruined my newbie status? It seems like newbies are supposed to gain faster and I just want clear evidence that I can gain as I am still skeptical............but then I read it takes a solid 12 weeks to see a real gain? It all eats away at me!! I want this so bad and I'm so determined but always have doubt of doing it wrong (too little, too much).
I have been hammering away for the last 6 days and held off of masturbating to ejaculation until today which always seems to get me discouraged once I do. I am really sore and have a good gripper head to assist in my stretches. I also made a super tough and hard pulling stretcher/ADS which leads to my main question: IS IT BETTER TO GO AS HARD AS YOU CAN AT FIRST, OR EASE INTO IT? I am inclined to wanna stretch all the time but I hear of overtraining? These last 6 days have gotten me real sore, like a good sore I think and since I bodybuild I know about muscle soreness and can tolerate it no problem but I know this is a somewhat diff ball game than normal muscles...I am wondering what is best as I keep reading either go as hard as you can, or sum say too hard puts your body into emergency mode hence making the ligs tighter/more resistant to stretch for no gains. I am concentrating on length gains only at the moment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
