so guys i have staterd doing a length day and a girth day. and last night i did a crazy girth session.

am: - 2x10min clamp session
midday: - 2x10min clamp session
pm: - 3x10min clamp session

and well last night my girth was pretty damm big was hard to wrap my fingers around it. but this morning when i awoke i had a morning wood not a hard one. so i masterbated an during it i measured and it seems i have lost about .2 in length. my length has dropped to 7inches maybe even 6.9 i duno :(

is just just the penis is brunt out from all the clamping? if its the case then im goin to stop girth then and work more on length till i get 8inches.
 
just finished a length session.

i warmed up for 10mins in the shower and done 10mins wet jelqs whilst in there. then i dried up and did 20mins of stretching

4mins up 1min rest
4mins BTC 1min rest
4mins down 1min rest
4mins out 1min rest

i do 1min on my left hand then 1min on my right hand for 4mins then rest a minute.

well i checked my BPFSL and it was scraping 8.0" :( from usual 8.25-3

so i think im going to rest on the girth for a while. and continue after i hit 8inches length.

my max vac is coming soon just awaiting its package so hopefully new gains will come out of this :)

gonna stretch prob another 20mins some time again today.
 
i wouldnt worry about that, mine changes depending on what mood im in. you will be pleased with the max vac - atm i do 3x 1 hour sessions at 5lbs and my EL goes up 0.25 by the end of the day (unfortunately it goes back when i sleep) i havent gained in a long time, so hopefully this is a good sign. i suggest doing some jelqing too - helps with blood flow :)

That's a great routine Evo. Same as mine but with one extra set. You've got gains coming your way if you can keep that up. :)

Icecam, personally I seperate my length and girth routines as I think that it's more difficult to gain length with a bigger girth so I'm going for length first and when I've got to where I want to be I'll go for girth.
 
Don't you think the dick is more like one of those long balloons? If you push the air out of part of it, you make what's left larger around, i.e. girth. There's only so much blood, right? And so much capacity to fill, right? Mine shortens and the girth grows proportionately and visa versa. I think that's what we're dealing with here.

I experience this especially in the early morning when I awake with a full blow woody. As it "deflates" I can get an amazing length measurement, but a much smaller girth. When it totally deflates but doesn't turtle, my girth stays around six inches, but it's much shorter, probably around 6" to 7". If it elongates to 8" or 8.5" then the girth is usually around 5".

Your length will be fine dude. Your still relatively new and your penis isn't accustomed to stretching in both directions (upwards and outwards). You just need to tug on it for longer than you used to in order to retain and improve upon your bpfsl. That is the sacrifice of working both at the same time. This is also amplified because your using clamping for girth instead of manuals because ther is no outward pulling involved in the exercise. Which I believe helps maintain the length side of it.
 
goinfor11x7. For me when I have a 100% erection it shows not only my highest girth measurement but also my highest length one as well. I don't think that I ever lose length for girth when erect. Were you saying that if you increase your girth then you automatically lose some length?

My main viewpoint in relation to this is simply that I believe that extra girth makes it harder to gain length.

I think we're both saying pretty much the same thing. I never differentiated between exercises to gain girth and exercises to gain length. Jelqing, stretching and edging, (which is all I've ever done) have all given me both added girth and length and I do these interchangeably. At least this has been true for me over my first two years of P.E.

But now I"m into my third year....and

.....what I'm experiencing now is continued girth growth, but no more growth in length, mainly because my visible gains are all at the base.

I'm hoping the bundled stretches and bundled cranks (rotors) will give me more growth in length. They're definitely keeping my flaccid gains intact and I love the feel of the bundled stretches, as DLD said I would.

So much of this is not clearly documented. It's not a science, after all. I do know my thick flaccids are more and more prominent.

I'm going to have some serious time to practice P.E. over the next few months, so I'm hoping to come up with some new length gains by the end of the summer. We shall see.

I know my girth gains are quite remarkable. Just wish I could say the same for length.

Yes, I do seem to lose some length at the expense of girth. I hit an 8" measured base girth once--only once--after hours of edging.

I wasn't measuring my length at the time, so I don't really know what my length was then. I was just concentrating on how thick I could make my cock with constant dry jelqing, stretching, edging, and kegeling.

I do know that when my early morning woodies are fading, If I measure my dick horizontally, that is, straight out, the girth is shrinking as my dick elongates.
