I know some might think that ''he only gained .4'', big deal'', but to me that .4'' is a definitive turning point in my Penis Enlargement career. I can't even remember the last time I made such great gains in such a short timespan (as a side note: I only did manual stretching to achieve this; no hanging or fancy gimmicks were involved).

.4" of a gain is a MASSIVE growth, anyone who says that its not does not know what they are talking about. Not only that but joining or near to be joining the 7" club must be a massive ego boost, well done. Fancy posting your routine or giving us a link?

And punky, thanks to you, too! Concerning my routine: I haven't done set amounts of specific exercises. All I've done is watch the clock so that I get a total of 30 minutes of stretching done (40 minutes total per session if I count the warmups, cooldowns and massages between sets)- once or twice a day, depending on whether or not I'm doing girth that day.
Just the basic stuff: cranks, A-stretches, squat stretches and last but not least, regular stretches in various directions. I usually do 30-40 sec sets, so I can fit plenty of variation into my routine.

As I've said before, the main reason why I made such explosive gains is probably because I let my ligs decondition properly during the summer. For now it feels like I'm still gaining (I get really sore, which is good of course), but I expect the gains to slow down at some point once my ligs start to gradually toughen up again. After all, even though I'm a strong man there is only so much force I can exert with my hands alone. At some point I'll probably need another strat decon period to kickstart another growth spurt.

This kind of approach may not work for everyone, but I've found that the best gains seem to come right after a break. I have never been the type to make slow and continous gains; for me, the gains either don't show up at all, OR they come in a massive heap all at once. The catalyst here is obviously the downtime in between.

I am a firm beleiver of letting your cells have time to recover but not only recover, but to get your body out of the habit of getting accustomed to the pressure that you constantly apply.
Everyone once in a while with FR ill take maybe a week off, and the gains seem to pick up so much more when i pick it up again.
 
I have worked on my length in over a month.. ill start again on it tonight...

when i first started my length grew .5 in the frist month..... if i can get half of that over the next month, then domination is in sight!

shafty, im wrapt that you broke from the wall that seemd like was standing for 6 months!...

Yeah.. it has been a while since the last time I gained. I'm hoping that I've finally discovered what works for me so I can keep on making continuous progress from now on.

Hopefully, but I have found that growth comes for me as I exhaust a current routine. Just be prepared to be adaptive to the intensity and exercise and you will continue to consistently gain.

And gorillaunit, the main difference I've noticed is that my flaccid hang seems to have gotten bigger- permanently, as in it never shrinks below 4.3'' or what have you. Not even if I shower it with cold water for some time.
I'm not sure that my mind registers the change in erect size, but hey, who cares: the ruler doesn't lie! :cool:

PE will take you from being a grower to a shower. Congratulations on your gains
