I tried taking a decon (2 months off of Penis Enlargement) and coming back with regular stretching about 3 months ago. I saw no length gains in a months time. My routine consisted of 5 minutes of stretching (mostly newbie stuff) 3x per week, definitely a less is more approach to stretching. Stretching intensely during this time, getting lots of lig pops. Again, no gains.
I stopped again, took a decon for about 6 weeks, and then stretched again. This time I was stretching between 6-12 minutes per day, usually broken into twice daily sessions. In two weeks I saw 1/4" gain in length, in all measurements (flaccid, stretched flaccid non pressed and pressed, erect pressed and non pressed).
So what's the difference here? Why gains the second time around? I have several theories: I increased the duration of exercise, as well as the frequency, but I never actually stretched at all out strength like I did the first time around. I never actually was shooting for lig pops this time, but rather stretching at just that point before a lig pop happened. Call me crazy, but I think something may happen when the ligs pop that hinders gains. I think the ligs get tight much quicker and resist being lax, which is what we are trying to do in stretching. Anyways, I repeated this over, and over, and over... and two weeks later I gained 1/4". I kept on stretching for another two weeks, but the ligs just felt different. The stretches seemed less effective. If anything was gained the past two weeks it was 1/16" tops.
So in my experience, deconditioning works for ligament stretching. Manual Penis Enlargement'ers can use this knowledge - you don't need [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] to see results from having a deconditioning break. Inadvertantly, all the length gains I have had (3/4" now in total length) have been after a long break from Penis Enlargement. But within a month returning, the gains would stop.
This puts me up to over 7.5 non pressed erect length now (from 6.75), and I'm shooting for 8.5 just so when I'm not 100% all the time I am still over 8" non pressed in most positions (standing, laying, etc).
And just to emphasize how effective breaks can be for stretching, IMO, I have always had trouble gaining length and found girth gains much easier. But be persistent, break when necessary, and believe it, it'll happen.
