I started at 13cm the first time using it and now I'm just under 14.5cm. So each day I've been gaining a half cm and my dick comes out like 1.25in longer right after taking it off. But I've been getting little red spots. Should I be pumping with less pressure? because I've been maxing

I would stick with what you are doing because red spots are normal when the penis is getting used to the exercises. With the incredible temporary gains you are making I would work through it until you have become accustomed to the pressure. You should also use jelqing, preferably Slow Squash Jelqs to aid in reducing skin ailments. Most men spend five minutes pumping and match that with 5 minutes jelqing and repeat for 3 times, this brings superior expansion and reduces skin problems.
 
Don't stop, your dick will be fine, always warm up and warm down this will help the spots go away. And if theyou really bother you bad enough, some leech oil will help it fade faster.

Red spots will happen with almost every new man when he starts PE. The penis, in general, is not conditioned when you first start and the amount of pressure and blood trapping necessary to make gains will cause some minor redness and spotting. After the penis become used to the exercise or tool you are using it will happen less and less. I no longer get any kind of spotting, I do get some redness when truing hard but that quickly goes away with massage.
 
Well you guys are right and i get less each time just thougt id ask cause of all the other sites emphasizing on going so light with intensity when starting pe lol. I know I'm committed now and I look forward to doing my routine after work. First week I did 4 on 2 off cause I was really busy the 5th day :(. The first week consisted of DLD newbie stretches, first three sessions I did 2 sets now I'm doing 3 everytime all directions and cranks. The second week I've brought in jelqing following my stretching routine. The 5x5x3 routine consists of 5 minutes of pumping directly followed by 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs and then repeat 3 times. You could add sets to this if you feel able. You do know how to do the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words], correct?

Not sure why that posted twice lol. I don't understand the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]slow squash jelq[/words]. Could you go into a little bit more detail into it? I know the ok sign goes at the base and the other hand goes underneath the glans but I keep hearing you twist the penis then bring your hands together compressing the shaft. Is this right?

You squeeze the base then jelq about an inch up then squeeze your head to push the blood into your shaft then squash the head towards the other hand and hold? Is a 5 minute set suppose to be just holding that squash the entire time? Cause I can only last about 40 seconds before I go soft. I find it a lot harder to do these in the bath tub because getting erections seems a bit more difficult in there. Would it work to do 5 minutes of squashing then [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] then the 40 second sets or however long I can hold it in between the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sets? Go for as long as you can, if it is only 40 seconds that is fine, just work back to another erection and continue from there. Over time you will become able to hold the erection longer and longer.
 
The myofacial massage also helps with that, search it here or on google, along with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and Jelq as DLD said.
 
Everyone worries about the red spots. Just massage your penis and try to get the blood flowing regularly. Eventually you stop getting them unless you go super hard with girth work.
 
I've used cool packs with great success and getting rid of tiny red spots. 5-10 mins followed by half that time using heart heat. i repeat a few times and this got rid of my red sports quicker
 
Yeah, red spots are little to worry about, they will naturally happen and heal on their own but they do go away quicker when a warm down is used. Massage, heat or cooling will all make the spots go away quicker and help the penis heal faster.

In most cases, after years of PE we will end up with a few scars, stretch marks or the like...it is all about what you can live with. I have a scar on the underside of my penis about the length of the gains I have made in length. I love that I have it because it shows proof of my measurable gains. I also have a few light stretch marks but again, I am willing to live with this with the gains I have made.
