I find that massaging helps a lot, just to let you guys know. I massage the donut for about ten minutes and it virtually goes away.

Massage is exactly the remedy for fluid build-up. Lymph fluid circulates throughout the body based upon body movement. When you pump you cause the fluid to move toward the vacuum. Massage moves it away.
 
How can i reduce the amount of this lymph fluid in my body so i would be less likely to get fr in the first place. Is this like water retained from high sodium diets? Imo ibuprofen and the like has no effect on the amount of fr.
 
That would be like trying to reduce the amount of blood in your body. Lymphatic fluid is produced by lymph nodes and circulates normally by way of muscle contraction and gravity. Besides, the vacuum attracts it and holds it so no matter how much you reduce it you would still have some amount collecting at the vacuum point. It's just physics.

OK, maybe sum1 can help me, WTF is so bad about fluid build up? I have not had a single bad thing happen to me and I've done Penis Enlargement off and on since 8th grade.
 
It's not that it's necessarily bad. Although as with anything, chronic build-up can be troublesome.

It can cause a stinging sensation and many guys find it unsightly. It can also accumulate to cause a spongy-feeling erection.
 
Fluid retention is the limiting factor in my pumping/ girth work. If i never got fr i would pump and jelq until i had 6 inch of girth but fr I've got to stop at 5.75. Also fr does not bring permanent gains because it isn't actual tissue expansion. So if one was to stop fr all together they could do a longer girth session to get better expansion and eventually better gains

I gotta say I disagree, I gained 3/8 in girth and there has not been a single session where I don't get fluid build up. .25 is cemented as I haven't done Penis Enlargement in a while and it's still there. I made gains with fluid buildup despite never doing Penis Enlargement for more than 2 weeks straight. Now I'm not saying the buildup got me gains, just that they didn't stop me from getting them.
 
I think this is why condom pumping was invented. It can help by compressing and containing the skin while under vacuum. Apparently it's a bit of an art form though.
 
I am not trying to say you can't gain if you get fluid retention. What i am saying is my limiting factor to a particular girth session is fluid retention. I have also gained despite fr.

My only point is if i had substantially less fr i could work on girth longer thus i would have more gains. Some people have said that fr can hurt gains by placing pressure inwards on the actual tissues we seek to enlarge. I have no opinion on this but i will say that large amounts of fr will help stretch the skin.

The only point i am trying to make is that with less fluid retention i am and possibly most others could do alot more girth exercise.

That doesn't make physical sense. The skin stretches in the direction of the vacuum. The lymph fills in this interstitial void by entering the area and not leaving. Once the vacuum force is gone the skin will attempt to revert to its normal shape and position. This will force the lymph out. It may take many hours of course.

The skin also exerts some of the force on the underlying tissues by proxy. This is what creates gains. I agree with you that if FR could be eliminated resulting in forces transferred to the underlying tissues you make great gains from pumping.
 
I think when i read about that the person was talking about after the pump when the skins elasticity puts pressure inwards and constricted the internal structure of the penis. I won't say that i agree with this theory but it would be like stretching only to limit flaccid hang later.

I usually stop before i get spongy feeling but i always get a donut. I think this is because my girth substantially decreases just under my glans so the skin pushes the fluid to the area of least resistance. That and jelqing seems to make it would"pool" at the circumcision area

I know that's what you meant. But the skin isn't going to do that is what I'm saying. The skin will not exert pressure inward. It perfectly fits the object it covers. The skin returning to its normal shape will help to move the lymph fluid back into circulation though.
 
I found that I could reduce fluid retention to a minimum by simply doing kegels throughout each session (3 x 5 min).

Basically, if you don't help the pump by applying pressure from inside the penis by kegeling (or by maintaining a strong erection), most of the vacuum stress will be applied to the penis' outer tissues, which leads to fr.
