Why can't pizza become part of a good gaining routine that does not make you gain weight? :) That would make me very happy. Tonight is my cheat night so it is TacoBell and KFC:)
 
I would give my right nut to have a fast metabolism..i got a pal,motherfucker is eating literally 3000 calories of junk food a day and he has abs...live is not fair >:(

You should eat light meals all through the day. Heavy meals will make you feel weak and even fall asleep. I also suggest staying away from Marijuana because it will also make you eat. I don't eat in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon and by that time, I've almost finished with all my exercises. Full stomach is the number 1 enemy of PE.

A small meal in the morning and a big one at night. I lost ~ 5,6 kg/12.3 lb body fat mass from that strategy. Eat real food like meat/fish, potatoes and vegetables you don't need anything else. I take also a MV (Multivitamin) everyday, vitamin D3 and Omega-3 fat. And no alcohol.

I also believe in not filling up your stomach during the day. I feel more focused this way.
But it will not work for everyone, we have different life situations.
