first, let me introduce myself. I have been hanging using the DIY snake hanger since february (im on my 14th week). I do 3 sets of 20 minutes 5 days a week at 10 pounds (i have done 12.5 pounds and could probably do 15) straight down. I have not been too enthusiastic about increasing the weight outside of a few sets that were for my own curiosity, mainly because i have heard that increasing weight too quickly will cause the ligaments to harden and stunt my gains. I also jelq occaisionally after the hanging sessions when i can. Which brings me to the reason I am posting. I am definately seeing flacid length gains, but i am not to sure about erect gains ( i know, i know, expecting gains in 3 months is like going to the gym for 3 weeks and expecting gains). as you may now guess i am also very dedicated to weighlifting at this point in my life and i am going through a bulking phase. My fat pad is bigger than it usually is so i know that my perception can be skewed when it comes to my gains. But the real problem is after going to the gym mon, tues, thursday, fri, and landscaping on the weekends, my hands are WAYYYYY too tired to jelq or stretch or anything. I do have the autoxsleeve but dont get to use it as regularly as id like to be using it. Im at 6.5 length when erect and id like to be long enough to lie to myself and say that im 8 inches. whatever girth gains i would make along the way would be a bonus but im not that concerned with girth as my cock can barely fit in my girlfriends mouth to begin with.
