Alright guys, GC here comin' back at ya with another update today, as promised. Sorry that I'm posting late today. It was a really busy day. Anyways, I think you'll find this update kinda interesting, and also quite inspiring for those of you who have been putting in lots of work where it seems that things have just been stagnant.

Anyways, as you can see from the pictures, my BPEL has only gone up a little since the last measurement I posted, and it's stayed at that length for a good while, where as before, it was growing like crazy, week by week. The static growth in my BPEL was becoming really discouraging, until I decided to measure BPFSL again! Well, as you can see by the picture below, that's where the growth has been going lately:


So, it's occurred to me that, at least in my case, as soon as the BPEL catches up with the BPFSL, things will start to shift. It's really interesting to me, to learn the anatomy of the penis, and how things work. It only makes sense that my penis is growing like this, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is how things generally work for other guys as well. Much like a muscle, for full growth to come about, every facet of the penis needs to fill out before full size packs on. The penis is like a balloon, and the BPFSL is like the balloon in it's non blown-up/filled up state. As that state gets longer and stretchier over time, when you fill it up with water again, you'll find yourself with a bigger balloon, or penis in this case. ;)

So I really wanted to emphasize this especially for the lurkers who may be watching my thread. Do take the time to interact with the brotherhood and learn how to measure your penis correctly in every way possible! If you're going through a period where things look pretty static, there may be growth that you're probably just not aware of. If I were to only measure NBPEL, I would be really discouraged, because most of the growth in the beginning has taken place in the BPFSL and BPEL department.

Now I'm not sure if this kind of growth can be seen consistently in both growers and showers (I think I'm somewhere in between), but I think it's safe to say that when one kind of measurement seems to be going no where, checking the other can be helpful. But of course the best advice any PE-er can give you is to not measure often, but remain consistent in a routine that has proven to work for you. The only reason I measure as often as I do is for the sake of updating you guys often, since my routine has been giving me good results in a decent amount of time.


Anyways, on to my current routine:

So as you guys know, I posted about using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in my last update. Unfortunately, though, a week or so after that update, I had to stop using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], because the comfort protection ring, which I'm not sure if it was made from silicone or whatever, but that thing gave me a seriously uncomfortable allergic reaction. I tried using an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] or a cloth with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after that, but it just wasn't comfortable. So I just switched back to doing what I did before: Good ol' manual stretching throughout the day. :) Honestly, I kinda prefer it this way. As much as passive PE helps, doing the manual stretching throughout the day keeps my mind focused, which in turn helps to train my mind from giving my penis an erection when I need to stretch.

Maybe I'm a weirdo in this way, but it's really been working for me. Back when I was using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in conjunction with my bundled stretches throughout the day, it just started to become too much of a hassle for me to put it on and take it back off again. I'd spend way too much time in the bathroom, so I ended up dropping the bundled stretches throughout the day, and just wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], but the gains weren't coming as quickly as before-- they even dropped a bit! And obviously the allergic reaction as mentioned above. Now it's back to how I started. Throughout the day, in the bathroom, bundled stretching downwards 30 seconds each centered, left, and right. In and out of the bathroom in a flash, gains popped back up, and I couldn't be happier. I've also started doing regular downwards stretches throughout the day, after I've finished my 7 bundled stretches for the day. They're light and 10 seconds each. So, I'm basically giving my penis a constant simulation of stretching all day. Just wish I had a Phallo to do some extending while I sleep at night for healing. I also credit my gains to keeping my penis warm throughout the day. I think that plays a huge factor. Whatever you can do to keep it wrapped or warmed up keeps the penis in a state ready for stretching and deformation!

I've also now moved into the Phase 2 routine of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members site. However, I've mainly been doing the stretching portion of the routine, because mixing girth workouts with stretches really messes with my mind when it comes to the erection problem during stretches. So focusing mostly on stretches have helped me to stay focused, and keep the length coming. Forgive me if I'm not supposed to post the name of the exact exercises, as I know you need to pay to gain access to the content on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members site. So, DLD do let me know, and I'll edit out the names of these, and make it more vague if you need me to.


Here's to sum up what my current weekly routine has been looking like ever since July 20:

Sunday - Kegels. Phase 1 Stretches. Erect Stretch. DLD Blasters. Light Isolate Compression Squeezes. 600 jelqs. 5-7 Bundled Downward Stretches throughout the day. 2-4 Normal Downward Stretches throughout the rest of the day.

Monday - Rest from kegels. Phase 1 Stretches. Erect Stretch. DLD Blasters. Rest from Isolate Compression Squeezes. 600 jelqs. 5-7 Bundled Downward Stretches throughout the day. 2-4 Normal Downward Stretches through the rest of the day.

Tuesday - Kegels. Phase 1 Stretches. Erect Stretch. DLD Blasters. Light Isolate Compression Squeezes. 600 jelqs. 5-7 Bundled Downward Stretches throughout the day. 2-4 Normal Downward Stretches throughout the rest of the day.

Wednesday - Rest from kegels. Phase 1 Stretches. Erect Stretch. DLD Blasters. Rest from Isolate Compression Squeezes. 600 jelqs. 5-7 Bundled Downward Stretches throughout the day. 2-4 Normal Downward Stretches throughout the rest of the day.

Thursday - Kegels. Phase 1 Stretches. Erect Stretch. DLD Blasters. Light Isolate Compression Squeezes. 600 jelqs. 5-7 Bundled Downward Stretches throughout the day. 2-4 Normal Downward Stretches throughout the rest of the day.

Friday - Rest from kegels. Phase 1 Stretches. Erect Stretch. DLD Blasters. Rest from Isolate Compression Squeezes. 600 jelqs. 5-7 Bundled Downward Stretches throughout the day. 2-4 Normal Downward Stretches through the rest of the day.

Saturday - Rest from everything.


I'm on month 4 of my current PE journey, but I count it as month 3 since the gains started. Excited to see how things turn out at the end of the year. :)

As for your questions, I am cut. Maybe I should've added a picture of that as well.. And yes, I do the stretching throughout the day after my main workout in the morning to compensate for lack of an [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words].

Thanks so much for the advice! I have actually been thinking of how I will get to increase my glans size, because I really have been interested, and I think you just gave me my golden ticket! :) Do you wear it while sleeping or just throughout the day? And as far as healing goes, has it helped in healing as far as cementing your gains? Maybe I'm asking kind of a redundant question, but sometimes I get kinda confused in healing/cementing.

Thank you!! I very much appreciate it! All congrats and warm comments help keep me going! And the idea does, doesn't it? I think comparing PE with forces of physics and nature really helps in understanding the process. It's definitely helped me out anyways :)

some Q's: are you cut or uncut? and looks like you are not using any ADS since July 20 because your extender broke before is this correct? so instead you are getting in some manual stretches throughout the day after your "main" PE workout to compensate? while you are saving up for the phallosan I would really recommend the Ace wrap. I have been using it for months now as a healing ADS since I got the LM and I think it has contributed quite well in my recent gains, especially I would say glans size

I rarely pay attention to my glans size but I do know that it is increasing because I'm using the ace wrap always.
