Hey guys! I'm sorry to be a day late of when I said I would come back with another update, but better late than never right? Life has just been sooo busy for me lately.. Anyways..
I've made gains, but it's mostly been BPFSL. I know I said I'd challenge myself not to measure until around this date, but I just couldn't resist. lol I like getting accurate times of when my growth occurs. It's seriously habitual at this point. I've grown to 7.7 BPFSL. I measured on Saturday, and it did measure at about 7.9/7.8ish but maybe that was just temporary, because it's only measuring at 7.7 whenever I measure now, but I think I'm due for a bit more growth pretty soon.
I really don't have much to say for this update, other than I've been doing everything else with the same weekly schedule. Only thing is I've stopped doing the jelqs for now. I'm happy that thev're gotten my penis well conditioned for other PE exercises, but at this point I think the only thing they're really doing for me is taking up more time in my routine. I just recently cut them out last week, so we'll see how doing that affects my gains within the next month or so.
I'd also like to take the time to address some underrated things concerning my PE journey that I think would help every guy out there in pursuit of a larger member:
1. Make a PE journal.
Make a journal with daily sumbissions of the exercises you do daily, as well as track the dates for when growth has occurred. This has helped me so much in recalling when I grew and gives me an idea of the amount of growth I'm due for each month. It also helps to remind me of the types of exercises I've been doing, and will help me understand why I might be stagnant in growth at a certain time due to either under-training, over-training or perhaps too little/too many rest days. I think having a PE daily diary like this can also be very helpful for cementing gains. Knowing how long it took you to get to a certain point could be the key to showing you how long it would take to cement your progress (at least this is what I've heard). So all in all, a PE daily diary will become your friend in reminding you of everything you've done, and how you need to proceed forward.
2. Testicle Health Massage & Stretch.
I haven't included that I've also been doing the Testicle Health Massage, but it's something that I've been doing from the very start of my journey, and although I haven't grown much in the NBPEL department as yet, I see the difference in how my balls hang lower, and continuing this stretch throughout the course of my PE journey is helpful for keeping that turkey neck from growing up the shaft -- a PE must for those concerned with the aesthetics that come along with penis enlargement.
3. Keep Your Penis Warm.
I think I can attribute this to being one of the most, if not the most important thing when it comes to my PE journey. Keeping the penis warm, and warming puts the penis in a state of readiness for any exercise you throw at it. The tunica needs to have a certain pliability during workouts so that growth can occur. Without the warm ups, you're more due for injury and pain rather than gains. The penis can't reach it's maximum potential during a session of stretching or girth workouts unless it is properly warmed up. This must be habitual for ever PEer out there!
4. Don't Forget To Kegel.
Kegels are so important for revealing the true erect length of your penis, and gives you a readiness and staying power that wouldn't come without them. It's really helped me whenever I measure, and my erections always feel more powerful when I'm consistent with them.
