Maybe I won't need that decon break after all, but time will tell. :) I'll give it another month or so. Hopefully I'll be even longer by that time.

Thanks DLD! It means a lot and is very encouraging to have your support in such a way! Thank you! And I'm more than happy to post pictures. I think it really helps erase the stigma of doubt for newbies. This is one of the best if not the best way we can show them that PE actually works!

You are right. Someone like me that has a progress log without a single picture can be doubted. I am doing everything possible to get a picture come 14th of July. Keep up the good work.

Awesome! I've been silently watching your progress log as well and have been curious, so it will also be motivation for me when you post the pic. :) And you bet I will! I'm gonna ride this PE train for as long as I can. :cool: No pun intended. ;)

Keep that feeling going through all of your training and you will gain with so much more speed. Remember, the best way to remain consistent is to visit the Brotherhood regularly.
 
Hi guys! I'm back with another photo measurement+routine update! :)

Every day has been feeling like boot-camp, but man these results have been so worth it!


Here is the measurement I did today:

So happy to be touching 7.0" BPEL now! :D What's interesting, though, is that my NBPEL hasn't moved a smidge.. Is this normal? I guess my growth has been focusing more on
my roots, and my tree will soon shoot up? Regardless, I'm happy to see growth. The ruler doesn't lie. :) ..And yeah.. unfortunately I lost my 8" ruler. <:( But my BPEL would've eventually outgrown it so it's not so bad I guess.. Haha. Now I'm using the other end of the 36" wooden ruler, which I sawed down to around 12".


So anyway my routine update is as follows:

A day after I posted my last progress pic, I had been doing the same routine that I told you guys I was doing before, but then I added my recently bought [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] into the mix! So on top of everything else I've been doing, I've been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 5 hours daily, stretched at a length comfortable enough for me to wear it 1 hour straight without taking it off, which for me is at about 5.7 inches NBPFSL. I always begin using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] right after completing the Phase 1 routine for the day. --OH! Another thing I've been doing is the stretching portion of the Phase 1 routine every day now, but I still do my jelqs every other day (Up to 600 jelqs now! Go me! :D). I'll be starting the Phase 2 routine in a few days. I'm really excited! This is my third month of PE and it's amazing to see how far I've come.

Anyways, getting back to the routine: So what I would do with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is wear it for 1 hour straight, then take it off, massage the head of my penis to get the circulation going again, and then I do bundled stretches, only now I don't do the downward bundled stretches like before. Instead, I now do DLD's double bundled stretches. I do these
every hour in between my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] breaks, but I still make sure I do them at least 5-7 times daily, as I did before with the downward bundled stretches. I try to do these upon consecutive hours, but it's not always consecutive, since some days I get kinda busy. I do these for about 60 seconds per twisted direction.

And I think that's about all the info on my routine update for now..

What I plan to do is after I'm a week into the Phase 2 routine, I'll begin to do the stretching portion twice a day, kinda following in DLD's footsteps. :) I was so inspired by DLD's PE story that I'm willing to make this year an intense one for the sake of my PE gains. :)


Lol. Guys, I've spent so much time doing PE daily, that I'm kinda starting to feel like my penis is another person that I'm getting to know. As silly as that sounds, I love this feeling, because it's really empowering me along the journey. This pic describes things perfectly:

Now that you have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], you will surely gain 1 inch in length within 6 months or less if you can continue using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in combination with the manual exercise. I'm following your log with all seriousness :)

Things are looking up? You must have great erection quality, don't shoot yourself in the eye. :)

You're so right, man! That's the best advice ever for PE. Even now with how fast I've been gaining, I'm finding that I'm still hitting roadblocks which might force slowed growth due to routine changes. No matter what we face on this journey, consistency really is key.
 
Hey guys. Got a slight update for you.

Wanted to let you all know that I decided to change my mind when it comes to doing the stretching every day. I noticed some pain in my lower penis region while wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] yesterday(the area connecting the ball sack to the penis). I think it might've been some ligament pain. It even still feels kinda sore as I type this up. Plus, I've been having a consistent hard flaccid for a few weeks now. I think my penis might be trying to tell me I need to back off a bit..

Well, after giving a read through red's informative thread on the ligaments and tendons ->http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-article-submission/50567-what-you-should-know-about-your-ligaments-and-tendons.html, I decided that I'm going to do everything I said I was going to do in my previous update, but do it on a cycle of 1 day on 1 day off. The days I do PE will be pretty intense, so I think having a day off after each PE day where I completely leave my penis alone is a wise choice. Despite the quick gains I've been making, I don't wanna break my friend downstairs. :)

I'll see how this goes for a week or so. Hopefully resting more really will give me quicker gains.

Hey GC! The thread and pics are incredible! Keep this up, true inspiration. I think you are right to get on a schedule, just find what works for you. May be every other, May be 3X1, etc etc.
