Well, the title speaks for itself.

Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
+ 10 DLD blasters + 6 Footlong stretches.
300 Jelqs, and of course the 100 quick kegels, and the 50 5 secs kegels.

Now I do three sets of this, twice a day (once in the morning, and once in the evening)

I do feel some soreness now (not painfully much, but some, for a little time)

So is this a routine that I could continue doing for some months? And do you think I could have some fair gains doing this routine?

Seems like a good routine I would say you could gain, does seem a little intense I would pay close attention to what your penis is telling you when your doing this routine make sure your not overtraining.
 
How would I know im not overtraining? Cause that has been in my concern!

I do like DLD did.. 7 days a week, no days off..
I just don't wanna fail.

I'm young and fresh, I do have the spare time to do this, I take HGH stimulators, I take GLA(supposed to make the skin more elastic) I take testosterone boosters.

I would do whatever it takes, to gain by the power of the hands and mind :cool:

Over training is very hard in Penis Enlargement because you are dealing with such a small amount of smooth muscle that it would not be that effected. If you are overtraining you will be in too much pain to train the following day. This took quite a workout for me to see it happen.

I do however have this "problem" When im done with the first set of stretching, and begins the 2nd set, then I dont feel that "tug" so much, and when I reach the 3rd set, its very hard for me to get that tug at all (not even in the blasters or the footlong)

Is that a problem??

Just try to keep increasing the intensity of the stretch. Eventually you may never feel a tug but you will still be gaining and this is why measuring is so important.
 
How often should I measure?
And any ideas of how to keep a solid grib? because either my hands slips off, or my head hurts so much because I squeeze so hard

Over measuring is not a good idea. Measure flaccid, stretched, bone-pressed once per month and erect length once every 6 weeks. You can measure girth with erect length.

Grip is best just below the head. If you are doing this and it still is causing pain you may want to pull a small amount of skin over the base of the head and grip there. Grip does take practice to get right. ALso, much of the pain you may feel now will go away as your penis becomes tougher due to exercise.
 
just wanted to comment on your long term goals, with a 8" girth, you can forget ever having sex again unless you find a nasty bitch that's had the lining beat out her pussy haha

I do feel that the pain is being reduced from session to session.
I though that I was only stretching the skin if I took some skin beneath the head to pull from?

But well, I must say, even though I have only been doing Penis Enlargement for 9 days, it seems like my flaccid length has increased a bit, probably nothing, but looks like it:)

Small changes in gains of penis and skin will make the exercise more and more comfortable. A pinch of skin will soon stretch and the exercise will be much more easily done.

The workout looks great even if you train only once per day.

Anyways, I thought, cutting it down to once a day only because of the "repairing"

If I do a very intense workout twice a day, the penis will adapt to that workout and I might squeeze 1-2" out of it, but then it will reach a plateau, and because of that very "large" amount of intensity, it will take much longer, much more power to get it out of that plateau.

But if I do this routine once a day, I might squeeze 1-2" out of it, and then reach the plateau and hopefully it won't take the same amount of hard work to "reopen" the growth opportunities :) What do you think?

Sounds good. Experimenting in Penis Enlargement will only serve you.

It is really up to you. Set a massive goal, something that is hard to believe but really start to believe it. Keep that goal in the back of your mind and set small goals to get there. I personally made a two inch gain in 6 months and a total 4" gain over all (2" in girth). Mentally, when I started at 6.5", I would pretend I already had the size I wanted, all I needed to do is get there...AND I DID. What are your goals, what do you really want?
 
Well in the very end I want to be 9-10 Inches NBPenis EnlargementL :) So I have a long way to go!
I am motivated, Im doing my exercises everyday, I never skip it!

9-10 is a big order but it is doable. See it in your mind, visualize it, really believe you already have it and it will come.

Make a penis that size out of a paper towel roll. Make sure you really know how big it is...try it out. If this is really what you want look at it everyday and imagine it is yours. This is what I did.
