Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
+ 10 DLD blasters + 6 Footlong stretches.
300 Jelqs, and of course the 100 quick kegels, and the 50 5 secs kegels.
Now I do three sets of this, twice a day (once in the morning, and once in the evening)
I do feel some soreness now (not painfully much, but some, for a little time)
So is this a routine that I could continue doing for some months? And do you think I could have some fair gains doing this routine?
