finished my first month a few days ago. i am hanging 3 sets per day 7 days per week and raising the weight 1 lb per week. i started at 5 lbs. moved up to 8 lbs now. did only raise it 1/2 lb one of those weeks. i havent noticed any magical erections and havent seen any length gains. say something motivational this is getting severely tough to keep doing every single day of my life and not seeing results :(

Move up in weight and I advise you to check out dashdemings thread on hardcore hanging. He gained a shitload extremely fast by doing only 1 or 2 sets per day, but with heavy weight. To be honest you can't expect much from 8 lbs for 3 sets. Maybe you'll need to get a better hanger to comfortably hang heavier weights...

Where on this site have you seen a guarantee, or even a suggestion, that one lousy month of effort is all you'd need to make significant gains in your penile enlargement quest?
Perhaps you need to re-assess your goals, expectations and level of dedication.

5lb is too high a starting weight.
21 sets per week is less than 10 hours
Are you reaching fatigue?

This is the kinda questions you should ask yourself.
Also: Multitask and the time isn't really lost.

That "shit" as you put it, are the experiences of many people - who post here to help others or ask questions, a little more respect please as in all likelihood you could perhaps spend some time learning from the people on this forum. I suggest you listen to DLD's advice and start with the newbie program. Good luck

As you see this guy has no intentions of learning here nor does it want to get involved. The Penis comes in all shapes and sizes, sometimes your hands are the only custom fit:) It can be a pretty complex subject as to why you may not be gaining. I think the key may be paying attention to circulation exercises and strengthening the pc, bc muscle and getting or making something with that custom fit.

I think the penis needs to be coaxed into enlargement, step by step, using methods of intensity only when other methods of less intensity have failed. Leaving a step out is not wise as that step may be the movement you needed to do to make a gain!

well, I'm not as experienced as DLD, but I chose hanging over assisted manual b/c it's 1) hands free (aka time save) and 2) you know exactly how much weight you're hanging (aka exactly adjustable). Two advantages that most other options do not have.
