I may experiment with the theraband I got with my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words]. But the key for me is to have something I can get out of quick! I usually wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] until my body says that's enough.

I actually have some cheep chineese sleeve that I absolutely love they could be stretched over someone's head and not the smaller one lol and they keep suction for me and I'm not big in girth at all. I may be using them more than most though. I usually clock 6-8 hours at medium intensity every day but I shouldn't be negatively affected by that. I should be able to use it as much as I want. I think I just use it a lot. And I try to always have it in the yellow. The sleeves work perfectly for about 2 or 3 weeks then they slowly start to lose their stiffness causing loss of suction. Not complete loss or anything, I'm just always having to readjust and repump to draw my head back firmly inside the bell.
