So yesterday I clamped 2x in the day for 30 mins each. I was gonna do this schedule every day. Yesterday was my first. I only had about 5 hours inbetween rests but i figured that was plenty. Maybe I did too much but i've been doing 20 mins by 3 sets 3x per week, figured i had to bump it up to 2 sets by 30 mins, 1 set in morning, 1 in afternoon. I went to go do it again today, and my girth actually went down more than an 1/8 ! Help ! Is this normal ? I've never had this happen to me before
