So yesterday I clamped 2x in the day for 30 mins each. I was gonna do this schedule every day. Yesterday was my first. I only had about 5 hours inbetween rests but i figured that was plenty. Maybe I did too much but i've been doing 20 mins by 3 sets 3x per week, figured i had to bump it up to 2 sets by 30 mins, 1 set in morning, 1 in afternoon. I went to go do it again today, and my girth actually went down more than an 1/8 ! Help ! Is this normal ? I've never had this happen to me before

I think you shouldnt clamp this much in the beginning. I should reccomend either 1 x 15min á day or 2 x 10min, with 5-10 min in between. And dont try them squeezes, now that your jsut getting a hang of it. I hope red stops by and throw out some good advices.
 
Girth is a funny thing when you focus on it. I've been doing only girth since I started - I use to measure an outrageous number of times every day. I think it might be good for you to put the ruler away. Funny things happen with measuring all the time. Try out your routine and measure in a week or two. It's gauranteed your girth will be anything but down.

If you see signs of overtraining - like inability to get or maintain an erection then you should slow down. Otherwise - full speed ahead!

I don't think you can lose girth, but you can definitly lose your erections making your girth measurements iffy.

I'm also concentrating on girth though I don't have the stones to clamp for 30 minutes at a time. Hope you know what you're doing.
 
smallguy44 you worry too much.
Follow a reguler consistant and intense routine and you will gain permamnent.
Clamping also helps length, do erect stretches while clamped they really help length.
You mention the girth being smaller, well man you measure ALOT anyhow, so stop doing that cos the penis size will move around alot when its been worked out, and I MENTIONED IN THE GUIDE that your penis will have a hard time getting erect after clamp work.
I cant really advise WHAT TO DO in your routines, call me harsh but I stopped holding hands many many months ago with the fall of pride penis, its upto you WHAT EXERCISES you do and for how many reps and sets, its a personnal thing ... a choice I feel the user MUST decide upon.
Read the guide, I mention alot of advice....most must be overlooked, I did write ALOT...people ask alot of questions already stated in that guide.
Stick to some standard clamps, the squeezes you like and also add in some sorta stretch you can do in the clamp, see the guide cos theirs many such as the erect bends.
Make sure you keep CONSISTANT, and keep the INTENSITY high along with PATIENCE and COMMITMENT.
You WILL see temp gains in the 1st few weeks and months, these WILL become cemented aka permanent ONLY if you keep CONSISTANT, INTENSIFIED, PATIENT and COMMITED....otherwise they will fadeaway back into the wilderness.........and measureing like you do isnt the rightway to go, measure like ONCE per MONTH at the most.
The clamps will work for you, but you gotta have exercises YOU ENJOY and make them work for you in say a short time frame, of 1 hour, 1 hour 30 mins tops with HIGH FUCKIN INTENSITY....break it up if you want, its your choice.....just keep the bold points in mind, cos if you do than you'll gain well with clamp work.
 
An hour sounds like a lot of time for clamping! Maybe because I'm just starting out with it though, and the possibilty of gaining length from it too is interesting.

Smallguy44, after an intense training session like clamping there's bound to be fatigue that would make it appear that it's smaller.. because it can't fill up fully. Just keep at it and follow the advice they gave here and it'll work out.
 
I clamp for 20-30 minutes straight a day mon-fri. I think it would be difficult to get it up again the same day since all you did was abuse it the first time. rofl It should forget by the next day. I doubt its any more than that.
 
Definitely like SWM said; he has a good guide about the clamping tool he made so he knows his business!
For my money, clamping is one of the harder workouts out there and it surely does need a conditioning time, more so compared to [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]hydro pumping[/words] in my opinion.

Once you get a hang of clamping, it's hard not to do it, I enjoy it a lot! But our bodies do need time to rest.

I clamp everyday i have no motivation issues just wanna know who actually gained girth with clamp , i dont care if i have to wait 1-2 years all i need to know if clamp is fake or not , ofc i see the temporary gains and thats the main reason that keeps my motivation up , we need someone to tell us how much girth gained / time , im not the kind of that likes to waste his energy in something that has no future , REDZULU can you answer this simple question, does clamp add permanent girth as i said im a very patience being all i need is the security that works.

There should be no pain in PE, if there is pain it’s your body telling you something is wrong. But let’s not get confused between pain and soreness. Pain is a sharp while soreness is achy and dull. I’m sure you know the difference already but I type this out for anyone else reading

Ejaculation is a really bad idea. It's like cumming with a cock ring on.... never recommended. The pain could be retrograde ejaculation. Either way it puts undue back pressure on the prostate, bladder and associated ducts.

It’s a very difficult task but it’s going to be well worth it when the results come in. As much as you have been training I am sure you have gotten to know your body very well. At any signs of injury or pain you know to stop and check things out. Understanding the limits of your penis are very important to how much work they can handle

When you pump and clamp, do you pump first and then clamp?` How long do you pump, and how long do you clamp? 15 min x3?
 
Times have varied along with the sets throughout my journey. My advice is don't overthink it, certainly pumping before clamping but don't go for a bloated fluid look, some fluid I think is fine, but when you lose definition, shape, texture it's wrong.

I did 10 minutes the other night pumping with very high pressure in a tube which compacted my girth and targeted the length.

Towards the end I reduced the pressure. I had some soreness but no pain, and clamped off for 10 minutes afterwards.


My penis was still fuller the next few days and my erection quality was rock solid.

Not saying do high pressure, don't, it was my choice, my risk and as I have done this on and off for nearly 20 years I know exactly where to go, how far too push it but interestingly as the years have passed with more experience it takes me less time to get a good pump. I also maintain that larger size for longer, I don't know why but guess it's a permanent physiological change in the way the cells are adapting, holding the blood as these cells are like sponges.

So, just go sensible with a pressure you know is good for you, with time take it slightly higher. The use of a larger tube working girth more will lead very often to more fluid compared to packing one quickly.
