then i hung
weights for a little over a month, every day for 1.5 hours, kept a journal, and resumed manual stretching after my
hanging period was over( meaning i increased the
weight a little bit each week until i got to a point that the
hanger pressure was too much for me to handle, at which point i switched back to manual stretches exclusively.)
keep track of your progress. i like to measure BPFSL(bone- pressed flaccid stretch length) after each session, just to see exactly what is working and what isn't. expect to gain maybe 1/16th " each week or two weeks, and it will come! cheers!
