This is a pretty intense stretch. what you do is do at least a few minutes of edging first to get the penis nice and swelled (use adult entertainment if needed). Then you grab baby powder and apply to the hands and penis. With a 80 to 100 percent erection you grab the penis close or at the base and use a ok grip with one or two of your fingers.After that you point your erection slowly straight down pushing against the erection. If the penis is really erect you may have to push down till your erection decreases so you are able to position the penis behind the left or right side of your cheek. once your penis is behind the cheek you slowly pull until you get the intensity you desire. Also If you are going for straight behind the cheeks your erection may have to be less than 80 percent as I feel this is more intense. Also when doing straight behind the cheeks or side of the cheeks i usaully squat first to begin the stretch then i slowly stand up while slowly stretching. Take your time with this stuff as you don't want to injure your self. Proceed at your own risk and if you feel any pain you should stop the stretching. I feel this stretch targets the base and the ligs of the penis. I also feel that it has potential to create length and girth gains, but I'm guessing more length. If this routine or thread has already been posted admin feel free to take this thread down. I would like some feedback on these stretches about any modifications or tips/tricks that could improve erect behind the cheeks.
