Yeah I'm with you there man, I need girth more than anything. It's a more advanced workout but I've been doing them the past couple workouts and they are great.
Me personally, I pump for my girth gains. I'm not sure how that is going to work out for me yet as I'm only about 2 weeks into it but I can tell you that I'm getting great expansion with the pump. I still do some basic jelqing after about ten minutes in the pump so I won't be using the pump as my sole purpose of gaining girth.
