It seems I lost some recent gains. My session today was not amazing.

I saw stillwantmore2's video about manual clamping and squeezing/pressing the glans with the other hand.
I created my own variant, starting from under the balls.
Also, I found that manually clamping + masturbating at glans brings huge amount of blood and pressure, for girth work.

You lost how much and from where?

What you have posted above is pretty much all girth work. This will aid in gaining length but it will ultimately bring girth.
 
hi guys, had to stop PE as it took too much time and I had to deal with other priorities. I intend to PE again in june. Will tell you if gains were cemented or not.

Hi guys, it's been a while... I had some on & offs with PE, it's hard to have the time & privacy at home.

Anyway, I'm at almost 17cm BPEL now, found ways to have rock solid erections...Now I use sometimes weights (light), jelking, and penimaster that is awesome.

Thanks again to Mike (DLD) and the community...MOS is a great place. Today I'm interested into having bigger loads. I already tried several things but I can not say results are visible lol. I'll try to summarize and log what I tested or will test.

updating: october 2019

Over the years, I had to stop PE for a few months, sometimes 1 year, restarted, restopped, etc.
But I've had seen consistent gains from the start, even if the progression rate decreased over time.

My routine
5 mins : Warmup
2 min : A few BTB (behind the balls) stretches for more penis area to grisp (it gives a flaccid boost)
5 mins : a few100 Kegels with manual pulling (stretch ) to exhaust PC as DLD recommends.
5 min : bundled manual stretches / BTB stretches
1 hour : Penimaster stretch
10-15 mins : manual jelqs at stron, 80 up to 110% erect
end of session
if possible : 5 mins : air pump

Some thoughts:
I bought the VLC+SG combo which is really great : most comfortable tool for high tension (does not slip, but almost impossible to use when you lack privacy). I use some weights sometimes (1.5+ kg). I use the Phallosan as much as I can.
 
Good to have you back my brother! I love the SG and VLC combo, it was one of the best modifications back in the day. I also like the combination of the Phallosan and the SizeGenetics (Phallogenetics). Also take a look in our Store, we have many new items since you have left. Guys, I found an amazing homemade way to have permanent & very comfortable warming for ADS. I mean : having something hot all around your dick, that allow you to move a little bit, that's easy to set up, etc. It's not ultrasound, microwave or anything like that. Can stay hot for two hours long if you want. More clever than rice socks. I'll post something in the next days, feel free to mention links or category to know where to post about continuous warming (I'm not talking about warmup, but having all the flesh warmed during the whole session. I think it's a game changer for me as I think my VLC+SG stretch can get a little bit longer thanks to warmth. It's a DYI tool that may give ideas for a real product in PE shops for clients who have some privacy at home.
