Ideal personal routine, depending on time and privacy I can get:

Last change: August 2015 Adding BTB stretches, and bundle stretches
5 mins : Warmup
2 min : A few BTB (behind the balls) stretches for more penis area to grisp (it gives a flaccid boost)
5 mins 100 Kegels with manual pulling (stretch) to exhaust PC as DLD recommends. faire du bundle stretch.
5 mins : alternate mode : 50 KG with pulling - 50 revKG with pulling stronger (manual stretch)
5 min : bundled manual stretches / BTB stretches

Day-to-day insights

August 2015
BTB stretches and bendled stretchs seem to improve blood circulation. The internal penis is lightly engorged without erection.
It is hard to do full sessions due to lack of privacy and time.
Manual BTB stretchs + bundled stretches clearly bring a temporary boost for flaccid.
Bad potential side effect:
  • Turkey neck also seems to get bigger as skin is stretched.
  • Balls seems to go deeper.

Hi guys, thanks for your support.

As I spend more and more times on BTB stretches, I'm finding new grips and I realize it opens new ways for considering PE working on the whole penis.

I named one grip 'rainbow stretch' as I make like a rainbow (lol) by isolating and pressing the internal shaft with two thumbs and making a quarter of a circle.
This grip also allows to massage and stretch by short segments...with strong stress on a very located area.
I've been in science and mechanics at high education level, so I'm quite used to thinking in terms of static/dynamic tensions.

Day after day, the access to hidden penis become awesome as skin stretches (the sack allows more and more twisting).
As I wrote in the upper updated post, skin is stretched easily with permanent changes so a wider turkey neck will probably appear in the same time.
I mean a see a small difference from one day to the next.

Since two days, I have a mycosis on my glans so I have to stop tools and keep on external manual stretches.
So I now focus 100% on my little PE time on internal and blended stretches.

The fact that I see day-to-day little modifications in my body / skin / penis acceptance for stressing/stretching harder is really a boost for motivation.

I'm looking forward to combine BTB bundled stretches in my usual routine, as they tend to get hardcore.
The photos will not be for children lol.

I would have never expect to be able to stress my body like that.
I had red bumps 5 days ago (it had been a while!) but they left, and road is open to experiment.
For example, I combined upper shaft bendled stretch with hidden penis vertical stretch + massage. Tension is strong, very promising.

I think I found a way to measure full max erect length (BPEL) that could be standard. At least for me.

I found that we all could get different measures depending on:
  • position: standing or seated
  • legs: with closed legs or open legs (which reveals more internal penis)
  • heavy/light pressure on bone and skin
  • erection angle: having dick erect at 100% horizontal level or not

[words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] should define and sticky-post a unique and zero-doubt measurement process at millimeter level, so that progress can be logged in detail.
Just saying "stand up, close your legs, be erect horizontally and press rule to the bone" is still questionable and not sufficient I find, as my own measurements varied (sitting or not, with rule not exactly at the same place).

So from now I'll use this max measurement method for a quite scientific approach: with my air pump at full pressure, standing, closed legs. And applying the metal rule against the glass of the pump. So no mental factor (bad EQ, fatigue) nor artifact should change the measure.
I'll take a photo to show that. The pump at -10Hg makes all that rigid, pressure at bone will always be the same and angle will not vary neither.

If I refer to my logs, here are the gains I measured:


With metal ruler on the upper side of dick, 100% erect, BPEL

end 2012 : 132 mm BPEL, 120 mm EG
18.09.2014 : 150 mm BPEL, 130 mm EG (max: 140 mm a midshaft)
14.11.2014 : BPEL 155 mm
10.02.2015 : BPEL 160 mm
29.04.2015 : 160 mm BPEL (without air pump)
23.05.2015 : 165 mm (without air pump)
end of june 2015: starting BTB grips, with light stretches. Nu bundled stretches.
beginning of july 2015: BPEL > 160 mm (without air pump)
10.07.2015 : BPEL 174 mm (with air pump)

I'll measure with this method (air pump) in a few days.

Also, I often measure while jelqing with two fingers several time at each PE session.
1 finger is 10 cm length, so putting one finger next to the other gives a visual idea of the length (as soon as my fingers don't grow lol)
Since 2-3 months, progress has accelerated and becomes visible at a week scale. Amazing.
I did not log all the dates/measures in my calendar, but those I can quote give these results:

max BPEL with finger measure:

19.03.2015 : 150 mm
19.06.2015 : 160 mm
19.08.2015 : 170 mm

Yeah, my conditioning to bundles has come a long way in just a few weeks.

I work both at home and office (with meetings and business interactions with some people), doors often open with no lock, have kids, wife and part-time baby-sitter.
That means that most of the time, PE is like this:
- active sessions (stretching, jelqing, pumping) : at night, or moments when I'm alone, when going to toilets
- passive sessions (stretching with [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words], or using bandage): while driving, working days at home

Here are some problems that remain to be solved for PE maximum availability:
* [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] is ok with large pants but slightly visible when you wear a suit. The manual pump also may make some strange noise while accidentaly pressed when you're sit and move a little, so it can be confusing if you work and sit close to other people in quiet places.
* [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster[/words] with belt is more discreet but can't we worn more than on hour, because the belt tension is higher than [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] (and using at poor tension would be a nonsense). Also, I experimented 2 or 3 times when the internal plastic cap, after many several long uses, became weak and suddenly torned with some loud noise (think of a rubber band that breaks), and now pinching the glans (so you get an additional strange noise, the scream of a guy who had his dick taken in a mouse trap). You don't want that to happen when you talk in front of a dozen of people lol.
* Manual sessions require time and dedication. You can do short sessions but you don't get the same results.
