I just play with my dick for a warm up. I also do light rotary cranks to warm up for my stretches...If you plat with it you'll get the blood flow down there going for sure!
I must admit, I've never seriously warmed up at all. My problem is privacy and time. I have to Penis Enlargement in the bathroom mostly. I guess I'm lazy and it takes more time when it comes to warm-ups. When you stealth Penis Enlargement like I do warming up can be hard to do. I have thought about buying those handwarmer thingies at the outdoors section of the local mart store. That would probably be to expensive since those are used once then thrown away. I do get in the shower after I Penis Enlargement sometimes to warm down.

NO I NEVER warm up for any exercise neither do I warm down.
I do circulation slaps and shakes but thats it.
If I get injured than I hot/cold wrap.
I advise however ALL NEWBIES do hot wraps before and after a session for at least the first 6 months of their pe lives...this goes along way in the future, I reckon me doing the wraps like religion for 1 year after/before a session has enabled me to go 30/45 mins none-stop in a cable clamp.....it helps ready the blood flow IMHO.
I'll jelq about half erect with a moderate level of intensity for a few minutes before I do more intense girth work. Thats all the warm up I have ever needed.
Usually just a shower but I don't always warm up. I do mostly length work right now so I just ease my way into stretching. I like to do supra slammers before a workout too.
