I ask this because I am working solely for girth and I cannot seem to reverse kegal. If this is limiting my girth gains, I REALLY want to be able to reverse kegal.

I've been at Penis Enlargement for about 3 years now, and try as I might, the only way I've found I'm able to push my pee out faster is by flexing my abs. It's strange, I can feel my brain sending the command to reverse kegal, but nothing happens. Does the PC need to be strong from kegals before one can reverse kegal? Or can the PC become too tight from kegals to be able to reverse kegal?

This has been really frustrating for me since I know that reverse kegals can result in all sorts of fun stuff like multiple orgasms, stronger orgasms and staying hard after an erection.

I don't know if anyone can really help me on this, since I've read all I can on the subject. Any help is welcome though.
 
I know kegeling (all types) helps with erections, sex all that good shit. Tho really, I don't see how it benefits girth gains soley.
 
Reverse Kegels will do little for girth but as ithiel said, it does help some men with sexual issues like premature ejaculation. Kegels, on the other hand, force blood into your penis and aid in expansion.
 
I believe reverse kegels and normal kegels are the X-FACTORS when it comes to growth and gains. What the point of having a bigger dick If your body cant fill it with blood and keep the blood in there.
 
Reverse Kegels = Help last longer in bed
Standard Kegels = Force more blood into the penis

You need the latter variation and not the former.

Regular kegel work will make the muscles around the pelvic floor very strong which when you contract shoots the blood right into your unit at a higher rate with more force, more power.

In time you will notice stronger harder erections and your size may seem bigger. This is normal and is from that extra blood the now stronger muscle has pushed inside the penis.

Reverse kegels are better for relaxing the pelvic floor muscles when you want to isolate the suspensory ligaments to the penis on such stretches like my V-SES ''Lexington Steeles secret'' or dld blasters.

So in conclusion you could say Standard Kegels for girth and Reverse kegels for length but both do also help allot with sexual power and energy, with the RK's being quite powerful in that dept when mastered as you can literally pull out of the ejaculation with them ... I have done it many times.

Reds, how does reverse kegeling make you last longer? I tried that shit but it never did the trick.
 
when i reverse kegel, my lower back and abs flex too. i can't isolate it, but if i put my finger on the muscle, i can feel it pushing out, so i guess i'm doing it right

Same here. And also if there's any gas left inside me, those are unfortunately releasing too, therefore I haven't really dared to use that technique during sex.

But you've managed to isolate it Redz? I'm closer to isolate it when I'm urinating, though I'm still flexing the abs. Can that be avoided?
 
I dont know the science or biology behind how the reverse kegel makes you last longer but it does. When I'm near ejaculation and you can sort of feel to a degree the sperm in the tubes, right when your nearing the PONR its than that I apply the RK contraction, like forceing a piss literally or a shit and as I do that and the orgasm keeps going I can than feel the sperm or whatever it is inside subside away, like its pulled back into the body but I still get my oragasm although not always as intense when you ejaculate its an orgasm all the same plus the erection keeps going.

If I had to speculate why I think it works to put off ejaculation, than I would say that its because the RK seems to flex out and relax the pelvic floor muscles and do something else with another group of muscles down below, not sure which but they help force you to wee and shit.
 
Well, what I was really looking for in your answer, is if you've found a way to isolate your penis from your crapper, when you're doing the reverse kegels. Or do you just take a dump before having sex? :)
 
I will help you out on this one RED, When you bust The PC muscle contracts. Reverse kegels help them muscle to relax. While you have sex or edge the PC muscle contract very light but they still try there best to relax. After awhile they contract cause bodies know once it bust the tension can be off the muscle.

Add in some reverse kegels during sex when you form is right and they will work wonder. But make shore you stop the stimulation as well when you do them cause your body will be trying to do 2 things at once and busting will be its only option so reverse kegels with the "start and stop method".
