I think it's a matter of possibility rather than psychology. To say their not "happy" is an assumption. We all have goals in our minds, and to improve a body part is a choice of desire. Not a means of happiness. The psychologist is more along the lines of average is fine. Unfortunately, in a competitive society, and the gene pool of manhood as a whole, average just won't do. If enlargement wasn't possible, I would have to agree with the shrink. Once you find out it is possible...

Probably was, the Russians have some of the best surgeons in this entire world. I remember seeing footage of a op' done on two twin girls stuck together at the head and it took many many hours in the surgery and the odds were high that they would die, at least one but the op went great and both girls are in their teens now and are healthy thanks to Russian surgery which believe it or not is in someways more advanced and open minded than it is in the west.

In many places they dont use Genral anesthetic but use ICE to make the patient go into a controled coma, than they operate on you .... works and without the shit after effects of the GA.

What a great crew Channel 4 has. Amazingly, the same company did a documentary with my Father as a star a year later (Young at Heart Chorus). Their film became a best seller.
