Well, Bigger obviously knows that rest has no business in any exercise routine. He sounds like some of the uninformed guys at the gym who think I work out every single day of the week.
 
nah 5 days a week is more then enough. But if research has told us anything we know the penis is not a muscle and can be worked more then a muscle you work in the gym.

i've noticed that taking some days off often helps gains. to me if a person can't recover enough in a 24 hour period and does pe everyday then their gains will congest because they aren't giving it enough headway. taking a couple or a few days off, even a week once in a while, will allow the penis some relief and space to grow.

You're exactly right about that. You really have to listen to your body. That makes all the difference in the world. Some days I can jack the 100's on my dumbell presses. Other days I might feel the need for only 85, and then the weorkout after that I'm up to the 105's. You gotta listen.

First of all, you're cock is gonna be fine. You have probably just stretched your urethra. A heavy girth session will actually cause me to piss in two streams at once but everything snaps back into place quickly.

As far as time off goes, and this is my opinion based on personal observation, work out as much as you want. The reality of working your cock is that time off will come naturally.
