i am a health male with one unhealthy problem, my dick dun't hang, it is always contracted, even with use of hot wraps, it never really strechy, it's always hard just vaires on size, is there a reason for this, solution?

Many of you guys have heard of hidden penis or turtle syndrome where the penis, although decent in size when erect, has a tendency to retract and the result is a smaller than desired flaccid size. This can be frustrating and sometime embarrassing.

There are many things you can do that will help train the penis to stay at an extended flaccid size. For me it was a combination of stretches but mainly multiple sessions daily was my salvation. This brought my flaccid size very close to my erect, non-bone pressed size.

The 3 main exercises I did were as follows:

1. Piss Pulls: This is when you do a quick stretching session every time you hit the bathroom. 1 Straight up stretch held for 60 seconds
1 Straight Down Stretch for 60 seconds
25 Rotary Cranks Straight Out

This takes a total of 5 minutes and no one will know any better.

Using a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE bandage[/words] in a completely flaccid state wrap your penis in a stretched position from base to tip. Keep it wrapped for 15 minute intervals and re-wrap to keep blood flow good. This can be worn all day as long as it is re-wrapped every 15 minutes to promote blood circulation.

3. When I am going to be sitting most of the day I opt for LAZY ASS STRETCHES: In a standing position I grab my penis from the back by the glans and stretch it as far as I can to the extreme right...once I am sure of the stretch being very stong I sit on my penis with the right butt cheek...once in seated position with a simple adjustment in seating angle the stretch can be intensified to varying tighness. I sit with my penis to the right for about 15 minutes...undo the stretch and return good circulation then set it up to the left. If time allows I do these for 2+ hours. I also found these to be a very good pre-cursor to Blasters.

If you practice these easy methods your flaccid size will become trained to stay extended and these results will be very quick.
 
nice advise cheers, i kinda adapted frequent streching( u kno when noones looking.. kinda boost self esteem and zeal for the whole thing.

my assumption, because this does happen to me sometimes, is due to the freaking pc muscle monster of alienness. That muscle pulls your shit back, and I hate it!

Me, to keep it in a good state, I have my hand by my head, and I wear very soft, stretchy shorts by the way, and slightly slowly rub to keep it good. I do this while driving, and sitting, if i can do it without being seen. If im sitting, i have one hand covering the hand doing the slow rubbing.

if you workout, workout at home. you can do more than at a gym, if you are a functional strength person or combat athlete. because working out will make your dick turtle up and get hard in a flaccid state, because it is so deflated.

wear a longer shirt, you see all those black kids wearing skirt shirts...why? I think their dicks turtle, and blacks are supposed to be big, but they don't look big....they gotta hide it.

try drinking more too.

It helps to get erect at least once a day for at least 10 minutes.

Permanent but it is all relative to your erect gains. Flaccid size will always vary, sometimes up to 2". I know my size is all over the place in flaccid state but it is larger overall due to my erect gains.
 
The voice of experience is speaking here. I agree totally with your conclusions, DLD. Before I started P.E., my dick tended to shrivel up during heavy workouts. But the lap swimming seems to no longer cause it to turtle--even in cooler water. Of course, a hot shower will always enhance your flaccid size.
