i was always confused how stretching your ligaments can give u erect length gains. the penis has a certain mass of space that fills with blood and when filled to the max give you your erect size. obviously the guys with big dicks have more space to be filled with blood during arousal. so to gain langth dont you need to destroy the cells and make them duplicate and rebuild thus you have more space for blood to fill thus making your dick bigger. so now does stretching ligaments give you length?? i am confused
 
It can works like this, if you have strong ligs, the ligs might not elongate but the outer part of the penis it self can still grow.

You should always try all angels out and then go with your instincts.

Their is lots of things to say here. Such as how every person has their own individual mass of internal penis. Not very much internal penis does not mean you can not gain from ligs stretch, you could have an xray and then you be able to tell how much internal penis you have. I'm basically tooting the Lot theory a bit here:)

I would not mind hearing some more thoughts on if it's still possible to gain internal penis from ligs stretch even when there is not much their, it's kinda confusing. I understand the outer is possible but is the inner still possible?

If you read Bibs Lot theory it sounds pretty sane to me all tho I like to keep a open mind.

Both are necessary for growth. The ligaments need to be stretched as it allows the penis to hang further from the pubic bone. There is an average of 3" of internal penis that we do no see and much of this is due to the position, length and angle of the ligaments. Lengthening surgery actually cuts these ligaments to give the length to the patient. The longer the ligaments are the more penis that can be pulled from inside. But, as you said, the other piece is actual deformation of the existing tissue. This is an ongoing process in Penis Enlargement. With every stretch session (or girth for that matter) the penis gets micro-tears throughout and the healing process creates new tissue to heal the areas of damage. This explains why why actually can enlarge the existing penis. A lot is happening when we Penis Enlargement and even though it has little to do with something like body building the premiss of stretching, expanding and healing remain similar.

By all means. Jelqing, although a predominately girth exercise, does give length gains. It is not the most efficient way to gain length but it will give length gains in time.
 
Ok DLD now I'm really confused, I remmeber Supra made a thread saying that once you've gained between 1-2 inches of lig length that's it you must switch to tunica stretches to continue to ever make length gains again. I don't even know what a tunica stretch is ?:(

There is really no difference between tunica and lig stretching as most length exercises deal with both. Once all lig gains are made and all internal penis is exposed I don't think you would even need to worry about tunica stretching. With an average of 3" sitting inside your body, once this is exposed I guess if you want more then the gains will come from tunica stretching. The tunica is a condom like covering of the penis just below the skin. It only has an elasticity of around 5% making it very difficult to stretch. Many guys believe once all gains are made with ligament stretching then tunica stretching is the only way to make additional gains. I am on the fence with this because I believe if guys made all the gains they can through lig stretching they will more than surpass their goals. I am sure I have made some tunica gains as if anything that is stretchable is stretched long enough it will expand but I truly believe that my length gains have come from ligament stretching.
 
Since I only joined recently I have done a lot of browsing and reading but am still confused about ligament stretching. Is ligament stretching simply pulling on the penis like a basic stretch? Are the ligaments not the part at the base of your penis on the top where it joins the pubic bone?

When I get very aroused my erection points up almost at 12oclock, it is also so tight that I cannot bend it down parallel to the ground, the most I can push it down is about 45° or between 1 and 2 oclock if i am lucky. I have been working on trying to make my penis not point so high when erect, or in the least make it flexible so that it can easily be pushed down. So my question is, is simply applying downwards pressure on the penis when erect stretching my ligaments? I usually do this for a half hour every night before bed trying to loosen things up, I have noticed it has worked and I can push it down further when erect, not a whole lot but I can tell things are improving. Will simply doing something like this stretch my ligaments and help me gain some lenght over time. It would be great if simply pressing down to try and fix one thing helps me out in the length department as well.

If I am totally off base with this can somebody give a better/quick explanation on ligament stretching.
 
I only did lig stretches when I first started. It got me a good 1.5" longer.

My erections now stick out farther, but the angle of my cock hasn't changed. It still points up nicely.

I have some info on how I did it over on the routines and progress section.
 
Hey Admiral, I still don't think I am understanding your exact technique for these ligament stretches. I read what you said in another thread..

Just sit on the edge of a chair. Reach underneath your cock and grip yourself through the skin. Down below where your penis is attached. Then you just do stretches. pulling it down, side to side. Etc. Go easy. No harsh moves till you get a sense of how it works.

What exactly do you mean "grip yourself through the skin".

Is this done simply by pushing downwards on the penis while erect, but applying the pressure at the base?

Ok lemme try splaining it again.

Doing Admirals, Yes I decided to name it after myself hah hah, is so simple it's easy.

Get a mild erection.

The grip is between tip of thumb and tip of index and middle fingers like a letter U. Your shaft will be inside this U. Because your are gripping through skin your finger tips will never actually connect. Just keep a good enough grip to apply tension.

Sit on the edge of a chair or lay on your back with knees up.

Reach your hand behind/ under your leg and grab around from the side. (This may be the confusing part)*

*The part of your penis you are gripping is the shaft right after it comes out of your body in front of your anus. Before where it sticks out of your body. Does this help?

Grip the shaft below where you feel the suspensory ligaments holding the shaft against your Pubic area. Reaching through the skin you will feel the ligamanents and get a feel for how to apply forward pressure against those ligs as well. Every guys sack is different. I would grip below my testis and under my scrotum to get at the shaft. What can I say, I may not have a giant dick but I have huge balls. :)

Once you have a grip... Pull down firmly and hold for about a minute.

Switch hands and repeat.

You will hear lig pops, you will see gains.

As with DLD's stretches I would do a straight down pull then one to the left then one to the right and another straight down.

As I got stretched I realized I could get my grip and then either stand up if sitting while bracing my hand on the back of my leg, or just lower my knee while lying down to use the leg strength to push the hand farther back.
(Do not let your dick bend sharply in half, the stretch is in the ligs not in your shaft.)

Also, as you get your stretch developed, you will probably find yourself moving your grip back toward your ass till you won't be able to stretch it anymore.

Yes we definately need video. I think I am understand it a little better but I still can't picture how it's done. Actually, even a simple picture of how/where it's gripped would be great as well.

I thought I just answered this but who knows, I'm a blunt head:)

Stretching the ligaments will give new erect gains but the process of elongating the ligs also breaks down cells along the entire shaft. These 2 components working together produce new length gains. As the penis repairs the micro tears along the shaft new cells produce a sort of bridge between the tears and this gives you the length but the ligaments need to be stretched with these deformations for the penis to become longer.

I also believe guys who can gain muscle faster like me can also get Penis Enlargement gains more faster too.

I mean i can gain .5 inch in girth no probs. I clamp but not with a clamp but a latex cock ring, maybe wont work for everyone but my growth is so fast i have to balance my growth as one side grows quicker.
