Get a mild erection.
The grip is between tip of thumb and tip of index and middle fingers like a letter U. Your shaft will be inside this U. Because your are gripping through skin your finger tips will never actually connect. Just keep a good enough grip to apply tension.
Sit on the edge of a chair or lay on your back with knees up.
Reach your hand behind/ under your leg and grab around from the side. (This may be the confusing part)*
*The part of your penis you are gripping is the shaft right after it comes out of your body in front of your anus. Before where it sticks out of your body. Does this help?
Grip the shaft below where you feel the suspensory ligaments holding the shaft against your Pubic area. Reaching through the skin you will feel the ligamanents and get a feel for how to apply forward pressure against those ligs as well. Every guys sack is different. I would grip below my testis and under my scrotum to get at the shaft. What can I say, I may not have a giant dick but I have huge balls.
Once you have a grip... Pull down firmly and hold for about a minute.
Switch hands and repeat.
You will hear lig pops, you will see gains.
As with DLD's stretches I would do a straight down pull then one to the left then one to the right and another straight down.
As I got stretched I realized I could get my grip and then either stand up if sitting while bracing my hand on the back of my leg, or just lower my knee while lying down to use the leg strength to push the hand farther back.
(Do not let your dick bend sharply in half, the stretch is in the ligs not in your shaft.)
Also, as you get your stretch developed, you will probably find yourself moving your grip back toward your ass till you won't be able to stretch it anymore.
