So today I did some clamping and for the first time I measured my girth expansion during a clamping session. I was surprised that I'm on the borderline of 7 inches. That motivated me to take clamping more seriously and incorporate it more in my workouts. I am looking for more ways to gain length. That seems to be the hardest to do these days. Any tips of helpful suggestions, I'm open for them all....
