Anyway I want to share something that has given me massive gains. I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for a year now. I started with only manual exercises. About seven months later, I started using a clamp and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I made a little bit of gains with just manual exercises, but only when I started the routine I am going share did I start making massive gains.
I apply DMSO/PABA. Then about 30 minutes later, I stretch for about ten minutes. All kinds of stretches. Then I clamp for ten minutes. During those ten minutes I do ULI's, and a width exercise. I put one palm on the bottom of my penis and the other palm on the top of my penis and push them together. I can't stress how much this helps width. Its just a version of Red's, but I use my hands instead of tiles. After that I take the clamp off. I find that it is so much more effective if you clamp, take clamp off, then clamp again as opposed to if you just clamp all the way through the session. So after I take the clamp off, I apply some leech oil. Put the clamp back on, and jelq for 5 to 10 mins. I have never gotten so much expansion as I have with clamped jelqs using leech oil! The great amount of expansion lasts all day and the next. But after I do the clamped jelqs, I keep the clamp on for about an hour (SRT! Nothing like it!). The erection dies down a good bit during this, but a lot of blood will stay in the penis. After I take the clamp off, I do 5 minutes of stretching, then put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] about 3 days a week, but it really is awesome and helps a lot. The key, I believe, is to switch your routine up every week. Always keep your penis guessing. Change the order, the time, and the exercises. Do one day on, one day off. Then switch it up and do two days on, one day off, etc...
Also, unlike many others, I have found that much more girth and length is achieved when doing an intense girth session then a length session afterward. For some reason, it just works way better for me.
The supplements I take are GABA, IGF-1 pills, L-tyrosine, a male enhancement pill, a PABA pill, HTP-5, and borage oil.
The supplements definitley make a difference. The gaining observations are made purley by looks as I do not messure. I am OCD and if I start to messure, I messure way to frequently, get discouraged, and beat myself.
