I really want to get into the habit of posting things I've learned as I love [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and want to contribute. I have learned so much from this site.
Anyway I want to share something that has given me massive gains. I've been Penis Enlargement'ing for a year now. I started with only manual exercises. About seven months later, I started using a clamp and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I made a little bit of gains with just manual exercises, but only when I started the routine I am going share did I start making massive gains.
I apply DMSO/PABA. Then about 30 minutes later, I stretch for about ten minutes. All kinds of stretches. Then I clamp for ten minutes. During those ten minutes I do ULI's, and a width exercise. I put one palm on the bottom of my penis and the other palm on the top of my penis and push them together. I can't stress how much this helps width. Its just a version of Red's, but I use my hands instead of tiles. After that I take the clamp off. I find that it is so much more effective if you clamp, take clamp off, then clamp again as opposed to if you just clamp all the way through the session. So after I take the clamp off, I apply some leech oil. Put the clamp back on, and jelq for 5 to 10 mins. I have never gotten so much expansion as I have with clamped jelqs using leech oil! The great amount of expansion lasts all day and the next. But after I do the clamped jelqs, I keep the clamp on for about an hour (SRT! Nothing like it!). The erection dies down a good bit during this, but a lot of blood will stay in the penis. After I take the clamp off, I do 5 minutes of stretching, then put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] about 3 days a week, but it really is awesome and helps a lot. The key, I believe, is to switch your routine up every week. Always keep your penis guessing. Change the order, the time, and the exercises. Do one day on, one day off. Then switch it up and do two days on, one day off, etc...
Also, unlike many others, I have found that much more girth and length is achieved when doing an intense girth session then a length session afterward. For some reason, it just works way better for me.

The supplements I take are GABA, IGF-1 pills, L-tyrosine, a male enhancement pill, a PABA pill, HTP-5, and borage oil.
The supplements definitley make a difference. But if I had to name the things that have given the most signifigant length and girth, it would be DMSO/PABA, exercises while clamping, the leech oil, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], and (the most important part) [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words].
The gaining observations are made purley by looks as I do not messure. I am OCD and if I start to messure, I messure way to frequently, get discouraged, and beat myself.

Hope this helps some people. Just thought I'de share what is working for me. It sucks to look down at your penis everyday and be like "Damn, it is still the same size." It is so rewarding to actually find a routine that works and be like "Damn, I can't believe it so so freakin big!"

You think its a great difference between stretching/clamping with and without DMSO/paba beforehand?
 
I had always heard length helps girth and girth helps length, and I firmly believe this. I feel when alternating between length and girth they help each other out, instead of seperating them. I am an easy length gainer and a hard girth gainer. When I started using DMSO/paba before all of my exercises, my length gains sped up dramatically. I expected it to only help with length but instead I started getting girth I never would have thought possible. It is almost as if my clamped penis was allowed to go a little longer and expand a little more. But I dont believe any of it would have become permanent without the wonderful [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]srt[/words] theory. Im seeing this too. After a workout the penis wants to retract to old state and cockring is often not enough. I use a torniquet instead and try to have a free blood flow while staying engorged.

I was a hard girth gainer for the first year of my training. I am not entirely sure what changed that made me a fast gainer but I know super-sets had a huge hand in it. Amazingly, supplements were never my priority. I took the general pills that are available but it wasn't until people like KingSnake, Supra, Redzulu and other pioneers started to become very intelligent in this field with solid research that I started to take a massive interest in the creation of supplements. I think Penis Enlargement has a very good future in natural, assisted and even more so, chemical and supplemental penis enlargement.
 
I do believe too that supplements play a great role in aiding the exercises. And I can't wait until your new pill comes out in April. I am so excited for all the new goodies you're going to be bringing us. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come. But I definitely have to agree that super-sets are amazing for girth. Manual girth work alone is just not enough to get great gains. It is awesome that there are so many advanced ways to gain (due to you great guys at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]) because there definitely isn't any one routine that will work for everyone.
