I finally broke down and took some pix that I think demonstrate the movement involved in this technique. (See my "Chair-Assisted Dry Jelqs" thread in the main forum.)
In the first picture, I'm pressing forward, the base of my unit pushing against the edge of the chair. (I'm not totally erect here, but you get the idea.)
In the second picture, I rock back ever so slightly, the base of my unit still pushing against the chair. But this small movement forces the Therawrap down my shaft a little, which traps the blood close to my glans and simulates the dry jelq.
You alternate quickly or slowly between these two positions, depending upon which speed builds the best erection/expansion for you. I did this for ten minutes today as part of my routine.
The third picture is me wearing the Therawrap immediately after the 10-minute session.
