I finally broke down and took some pix that I think demonstrate the movement involved in this technique. (See my "Chair-Assisted Dry Jelqs" thread in the main forum.)

In the first picture, I'm pressing forward, the base of my unit pushing against the edge of the chair. (I'm not totally erect here, but you get the idea.)

In the second picture, I rock back ever so slightly, the base of my unit still pushing against the chair. But this small movement forces the Therawrap down my shaft a little, which traps the blood close to my glans and simulates the dry jelq.

You alternate quickly or slowly between these two positions, depending upon which speed builds the best erection/expansion for you. I did this for ten minutes today as part of my routine.

The third picture is me wearing the Therawrap immediately after the 10-minute session.
 
How do you maintain an erection while doing what appear to be wall-sits? I know you're actively going into a standing position, but whenever I do stuff like this the legs just require too much blood for my penis to stay erect. Great concept, I might have to try it out.
 
Do you go all the way pushing your shaft up into your ass crack ? I mean this seems like it would give you a great stretch ? But it also looks like your balls would be in the way and get painfully squeezed between your ass cheeks also ?

OR . . . . do you stop before your shaft & balls get pushed up into your crack ? Is this the same thing as "Between the Cheeks" exercise ?

Good question. I've only done this a few times, but have found that I have to take a brief break every five minutes or so to massage my dick again and to tightly rewrap the Therawrap. This always gets me good and hard again for the next interval. Works really well...and feels great. Unfortunately, I had a hard time getting the first shot so the erection level is not ideal.

NO, no crack action here, lol. I pretty much go to the positions depicted in the pictures at each extreme. When I rock back, this puts pressure on the top of the base, increasing the erection. When I rock forward, the pressure decreases a bit. The back and forth rocking pushes the blood around and expands my dick pretty good.

Gash-- I used to do my version of the lazy ass stretch. I wouldn't sit on it, but pull it back to the tail bone and then see how far I could stretch it up to the first vertebrae and hold it there--until I injured myself--the one and only time.

You always push your balls to the side to keep them out of the way when you do these stretches.

Here's a video I made the other day that demonstrates the rocking motion. With each rock forward, the Therawrap is pushed down the shaft, expanding the area near that shaft. I got a great pump with this yesterday. Anybody try these yet?
