Which one is more effective? Captains Wench is hard to build, confusing instructions so I was planning on a sock hanger...
which ones more comfortable and effective towards length?
 
I can't speak for either one since I have only used a Bib. I would think either one would be alright when you are just starting out, however when you start to use heavier weights you will definitely need something else. Check out the hangers forum, there are some other options besides these two you might want to consider.
 
tef what was your starting size before using bib? I wanna use bib as well but my flaccids tiny and I don't have much girth either...btw how much you gained so far?
 
My flaccid was about 4" and my BPenis EnlargementL was 61/2". I have gained about 3 inches in length and 1" in girth in 6 years. I've done a variety of things but most of my gains have come from using the bib and max-xtender. You will want to get a bib starter. Check out Bib's website; he has a lot of information on it and a guide on how to select the right hanger.
 
I would invest first in a hanger you can make yourself, inexpensively, to see if you really like it. There are homemade hangers on the forum that can be made for under $5...if you like then invest into something more expensive. The Captain Wench is good as a starter, it can only handle so much weight though but if you are in the 10 pound range you will be good. Beyond this weight it is smart to invest into something more professional. Hanging is timely, 20 minute sets, maybe 4-8 sets a day.
 
DLD I understand but I'm not really handy...and I have trouble understanding stuff especially following instructions...believe me when I tell you if stretching gave good results I wouldn't even think about using any other methods...Stretching just not doing it enough for me..BTW I'm willing to do hours of hanging if I'm guaranteed results...I just need to find it easy to use, not talking about while hanging..just easy to set up

No, I started at an hour a day and worked my way up. I started hanging in my 2nd year of Penis Enlargement. I know it's different for everybody but is there a chance of gaining 2 inches in less than a yaer by gaining? I know I can't rush but is it possible though? I think that the time you train is completely dependent on the rate your body heals. A smart routine will push the limits in both these areas through the progressive intensity of exercise but also the wise techniques in healing. I definitely think that 2 inches in a year is possible. If you have 3 hours a day then go for it, just be sure to work up to it.

tef1, for me time is not a problem even though it is a problem. I miss out on many other things but for now a bigger dick is what's needed..you gotta sacrifice something to get something.

The body will naturally have a cycle that is specific to your bodies systems.
