No matter if I pump or jelq or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] I don't seem to see expansion ever, it's getting frustrated as it's bringing negative thoughts as to whether or not this is possible for me.

I do it once a week with an air pump for a 20 minute session. 5-6.5 Hg for 5 mins, 2 Hg for 30 seconds, back to 5-6.5Hg for another 5 minutes and repeat. You can do this, and probably better with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words]. Go from Max bearable pressure to medium light and back.

Staying hard through out session is a must too, for me at least anyway, so you could utilize milking and shakes if you want to stay away from adult entertainment. Shakes work best for me.

I'll give it a go, the thing is with staying hard is I can't do it for the life of me
 
If you don't get expansion, you're not using enough pressure. If you have weak hands (I've talked about grip training a few times and nobody seems to listen), your girth sessions will be less than optimal. Pumping can't replace a solid squeeze routine, or clamping. Using solid internal blood pressure increase, vs mostly pulling fluid into the skin bares no comparison. I suggest getting a Captains of Crush grip trainer or two. Start with the trainer and the #1. Between using those two 2-3 days a week, your grip strength will improve dramatically. They (C.O.C.) have grip training routines to go by.

If pumping doesn't work for a guy, modifying his pump won't fix the issue. Again, you probably just need to change what you're doing. How about stop pumping and go manual, or a combo of manual and clamping?

i tried clamping but the cable clamp wont go tight enough

By pressure and grip strength, do you mean how hard you squeeze around your shaft? Why would it be better to squeeze harder? Shouldn't you squeeze just enough so you can see the shaft filled with a lot of blood.

Yes, that's what I mean. Where do you think the pressure in a manual squeeze comes from? When you do a squeeze, the goal is to force the internal pressure in the penis higher than normal.
 
I would just work on simple Edging and to Jelks and don't forget to Keagle. Teach your self to get expansion manually and then use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bath mate[/words] for like 5 to 10 minutes keep working on it and slowly increase [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] time you'll get some insane results let me know. I slowly ramp-up the suction until I feel discomfort and then back-off just a little. Possibly, but I feel healthier now that I did when I was in my 20's...it could just be the ancillary effects of having a bigger penis, (more overall outlook/attitude has improved and continues with every millimeter of growth rofl)

I just mean, it sounds like you mean that you should strangle your penis to death. I just thought enough pressure to make the blood not going out of your penis was the way to do it? x)

I was thinking more towards the tunica loosening up over time due to age.
 
Yea, penis enlargement requires some discomfort. You are forcing the tissues to expand past the limits of a normal erection. I don't understand how some seem to think this stuff is supposed to be easy, or 100% comfortable.

Well I think it's human instinct to feel like something shouldn't be done if it's uncomfortable, our nature is to go to the path of least resistance. I guess I just need to pump and jelq harder.
