I do intense girth routines with ulis that put my penis at well above 100%. When in this state, I jelq up (dry jelq routine) to my head pumping my pc the whole time. My question is this- When in this super erect state, just under my head are these little veins that pop out like mother fuckers. They look like overfilled purple balloons. When I first noticed them they made me nervous that I might pop one and have a blood squirting dick- my worst nightmare.
So is it possible to pop one of these? Because I have this scab just under my head and Im not sure what caused it. It could have been chaffing from stretching or one of those little veins popped open.

It never bled really, except for a little droplet one time, but its taking a long ass time to heal. Anyone know or have had a similar occurence?

hey same as me here... it made me lower the intensity. those veins are on the side that is facing me when I'm erect...

f*cking scary :O

If you're jelqing at 100 percent, it's better to be safe than sorry. At that level, it just makes sense that it would be easier to "pop" something. Why throw a wrench in your program and slow down your progress? Sometimes, "easy does it" is a better M.O. If you can "pop" a tiny one, you can "pop" a major vein.

I think it was "MustBeDreaming," if I'm not mistaken, who did some long-term major damage jelqing at 100 percent. So just be careful.

what about clampers though? They consistently do excercises at high level erections. I mean Im sure that its possible to hurt yourself that way and you must always listen to your body, but I want to keep my routine as intense as possible as I feel this is the best, if not only, way to see results.

I had a really scary moment a couple months ago. I had taken about 3-4 weeks off from any p.e. and i felt like i needed to catch up. So I did a pretty hard jelqing session, and all of the sudden I kinda felt something down there. My lights were off and when i turned them on I almost fainted because the top half of my dick was purple with blood on the inside. I wasnt sure what was wrong and I could actually move the blood inside my penis so i knew it was just flowing around in there, and the blood spread out to almost my entire penis, but only on the inside. So just imagine a bruise covering your entire penis, yet it didn't hurt at all.

Needless to say l stopped right away. I tried to do some research on this website but couldnt find anything this bad. So I decided to wait it out. I waited about 3-4 days (WHICH I STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND if something like this happens to you) and then I noticed it started to go away. After about a week there was no more blood inside and I havent had a problem since. So thats just an example of what can happen, i'm still not sure exactly what happened but I'm pretty sure I made a very small hole in one of my veins or something but it healed itself up.

A lesson i learned from that is if your a newbie, you have to jelq lightly for a few weeks before you start going hard.

It's easy to get carried away with P.E.--at least for some of us.
I was doing my version of the lazy ass stretch, but instead of sitting on it, I just kept pulling my limp dick as far up my spine as I could.

I was shooting for the second vertabrae above my tailbone when I felt a sharp pain near my circumcision scar. (I was pulling on my dick too close to the sensitive nerves below the glans). It puffed up into a watery blister and the pain (severe) lasted for several weeks.

This taught me an important lesson. Give time, time. P.E. is a long-term (at least three to four years or more) enterprise. This is how I look at it.

Many of us have already decided to pursue P.E. for the rest of our lives. It's just part of a larger self-enhancement program.
