I've done this a few times in the past and would have to say that they were accompanied by the BIGGEST and BEST orgasms of my life!!!!!!!!

I can't do it all the time though, I have to be hyper aroused for an extended period of time for me to "piss cum". It looks like I'm pissing liquid soap for about 5 seconds, followed by a couple long ropes of semen, then a shit load of dribble that doesn't seem to stop. Yes. I was so surprised of it, that I thought I'm pissing myself and so I interrupted the orgasm somehow.
I've never had such an orgasm again till today, even if I had some major orgasms after which I was not able to do anything for the next 10-15 minutes or longer (or maybe shorter, don't know, I never looked at a clock) than staring at the ceiling. I was so high on endorphins that I was not able to lift my arm or anything. Someone could have stab me and I'd have died smiling.

After those orgasms I didn't get excited for hours even days even if the sexiest woman was blowing me.

It's probably not the same as DonkeySchlongs orgasm but it's worth a try.
I think the biggest mistake of many guys is that they focus only on coming, not thinking about protracting the orgasm.

It's a simple mental technique of which I once read about on the internet. I think the guy wrote that it's some kind of tantra technique. It was also the first time I read about dry orgasms. Whatever.

When you're feeling you're coming to the point of no return you don't let yourself go and fall in ecstasis but you get on a mental distance.

That's it. Sounds quite easy but needs some practice. The best is to try it while masturbating.
It works similar to the: If you have a hard-on think about baseball and the erection reduces.
The more excited you are the more your mind is focused on your genitals and instead of losing yourself to this feeling you consciously step back mentally.

Basically there's not much difference to interrupting the act by stopping to thrust or masturbate till your excitement is reduced but with the advantage that you don't have to interrupt.

With an exercised PC-muscle you have another advantage because it's much easier to relax the muscle so that it doesn't start pumping.
 
I've found that edging causes me to have a similar reaction to "piss cum" whatever that is. The biggest difference between this and regular orgasms is just the buildup of pressure over a duration of time. My first 2-3 initial blasts are usually right on top of each other giving the appearance of one stream. It usually covers a fair distance and can be a bit of a mess.
