Can it be done? The wraps, silicone anti turtle tube etc can a grower become a shower permanently?c or is it just what you're born with. Also do you showers turtle?

I've definitely become a shower, but I still grow...
The penis needs to learn how to remain elongated, it is an education that needs to be pounded into the process to make the penis change it's normal habit of retraction and start to learn to remain elongated. There are so many ways to do this and I can name a few but keep in mind, this training needs to be done continuously until the penis is hanging as you desire.

The medical definitions of these two categories are much less restrictive than what we usually associate with them. I had never been considering myself a shower before I read that a shower is everyone whose flaccid penis is more than half of his erect length (for example: flaccid 4,1" and erect 8" already qualifies for a shower). Depending on environmental parameters (body temperature, blood circulation, room temperature and so forth) I'm between 4,5" and 5,5" flaccid (even more directly after pe) while calling myself a pride owner of an 8,4" erect size. So that would make me a shower, and I still I don't really see me as one except maybe when I'm at my top level flaccid-wise. So when would you consider yourself a shower?

I am overly pleased with my erect size. I just want to be a major shower now.
I've been pulling on my balls and upwards on my shaft at the same time as penis size master doublelongdaddy had suggested to me a while back. It has been working - slowly but surely.
I'm sure there are other techniques.

Yes you can change from a grower to a shower if you make up to 2 inches gains in erect length and during the period of training, you must wrap the penis to stay elongated at all times.
However, there are times when you will still turtle due to weather, fear, anxiety, state of mind and many other factors.
Is wrapping the equivalent to the silisleeve? I just got the silisleeve and I think it’s too small. It’s almost impossible to get it on. And once it’s on I have a hard time rolling it back up to get it off. Might try a bigger one by not sure of other options. Thoughts?
Get the ace bandage. That's all you need for wrapping. It will help you save money.
Yes indeed the weather is a big part of making your penis turtle, it's: -3°C/26.6°F outside now (where I live), and sometimes even down to -19°C/-2.2°F during the winter (some winters even lower). It's good it's getting warmer and warmer now.
If I wear a penis wrap to stay longated when it's really cold outside, it do not work so well. My penis will turtle inside the wrap, and I need to warm up my penis with my hands when coming inside, in order to re-wrap it. But when my penis is warm the wrapping works well. You learn your penis to stay longated, and not turtling so much.
You can get a bigger size of the silisleeve (or stretch it out), or you can wrap your penis with ace bandage that @hugh-girth are suggesting. A regular bandage also works but then you do not get the velcro.
