So I have been doing my routine for awhile now starting with bundled stretches in the shower. In between sets (I have 3 per session) should I do bundled stretches left and right for about a minute each to help stretch the tunica more?

ChilDsh;670858 said:It's not going to hurt,but at long as you have a strong 5-10 min bundle session before a workout it should be enough.If you want to do bundles inbetween the sets,it's only going to benefit you,but if you don't have a lot of free time or whatever,it's not necessary.
