Could breast constriction enlarge the breasts similar to how clamping enlarges the penis? ?

IDK either and would have to research the anatomy of the female breasts but something tells me it wont work the same as with the penis because the breasts are glands and have tissue and fatty mass in them, while the penis has zero fat and is a marid of chamber, veins, arteries etc that fill with blood.
Its something to research and I have seen nipple pumps for women which I think with regular use would increase the nipple size.

I dont think breast constriction would work for many women.
For a start most women would not have the right shape or enough size to put a constrictor on.
As i understand breast vacuum devices do work if used for many many hours every day.
With a low level vacuum, the idea being constant tension to achieve growth but not too much tension where the skin becomes filled with fluid.
Breasts are designed to allow growth much more so than the penis, as there is much less connective tissues which restrict growth.
If you happened to have a girlfriend young enough to still be going through puberty and you wanted to maxamize her bust potential, hormones play a greater role in final size, particularly estrogen.
ideally have her take freeze dried cow ovaries tablets from start of puberty to the end or maybe until 23years.
There is also a specific breast massage which is suposed to enlarge the breasts if done often enough.

I'm sure there are people all over the world trying to work out how to enlarge women's breasts. The pic in the op's post is of breast bondage. I don't think there's any intention to enlarge the breasts; its just about dominance and suBathmateission. If anything, I'd be worried that too much of that kind of tit play could cause premature sagging, although I might be wrong there.
