I've been doing PE for just over 2 years now and it's become a great part of my life, having gained just under an inch so far.
I started with good ol' JP90 then moved onto my own manual routine for a few months.
I then started hanging first with the BIB but then quit that (following awful bruising, slipping issues, etc) and moved onto the LG hanger with which I had a much better experience.
I reached about 15lb hanging weight with the LG wplit into a morning set of 45min and an evening set of an hour, but wasnt gaining anymore. The heavy weights were also causing serious peeling of my glans. I considered changing angles but wanted to give my glans a break (LOT is between 7 and 8, if that matters).
So I've gone back to manual and after 3 weeks of readjusting back into it, I am now following this routine (as of 2 days ago):
10min warm air warm up
1min bundled stretches at 1.5 rotations in all 5 directions
DLD blasters (i.e. stretch up 100 kegels, A stretches for 50 reps)
15min jelqing
cool/warm down in shower

What are your thoughts on this routine? Do you think even following my experience I could see some gains from this? I really enjoyed the DLD blasters these last 2 workouts along with the jelqing and bundles as a pre-stretch beforehand. The routine will be a 1 on 1 off cycle.
My aim is actually to increase flaccid length, not too bothered with erect gains (but will never say no to more haha)
