I've trained for 9 months and gained an inch of bpel. My routine started out with jelqs for a month then i added stretches up down left right straight, and as of now my current routine i have is warm up and try immediately to do mandoigo stretch 5 times for like 45 sec-1 min. Next i do A stretch for 50 sec. Then i do erect stretches straight out for 45 sec 5 times. Then i stretch in each direction for 1 min 30 sec and i do 2 sets of these normal stretches, after i do bundled stretches 4 time 30 sec, next i do behind the cheeks stretch 2x 30 sec each and i jelq with low erection because I'm focusing on length then i warm down. *warm ups, warm downs consist of warm water in a cup and i dip my member in there for 5 minutes * Im having a problem feeling the stretch nowadays and I'm waiting to get a job so i can buy the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] which I'm excited for, i will also try and make posts that might help me won a chance at them from your events. normally i always say that gains comes in the following pattern.
bpfl
bpel
fl
El.
so lets play with the idea that your penis has been growing due to the erect stretches. and therefore you gained in bpel. actually to the point where it caught up with the bpfl.
then this is very very interesting as we now have a focus area for all those with a big gap between bpfl and bpel

I would add in some expressive stretches as part of your daily routine. With no equipment you can do these by gripping low on your shaft and stretching from there. Another thing you could try is doing mini-length sessions throughout the day when you have a chance, nothing big, just a couple minutes of stretching to keep the penis under more stress throughout the day.

I'd have to guess it's the Mandingo and bundles. What I do is use the Mandingo stretch in 5 directions, straight out, up, down, left, and right. I do 4 short routines a day. I also use an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and a heating pad but I really feel like the stretching routines are where I'm making the gains.
If nothing else, consider a more focused approach. Start with what you think will work best, and if you get nothing, move on to the next thing. Worth a shot right?
